I had an amazing stay at a hotel that ticked all the boxes. The cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms and a pristine atmosphere. The spaciousness of the rooms was impressive, providing ample comfort. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff. The location was perfect, with easy access to attractions. The concierge service was exceptional, offering valuable assistance. Highly recommended!

Very good hotel but poorly handled situation
Inskickad 3 sep. 2019 på HotelsIt’s a beautiful Art Nouveau building located along the Danube. Four Seasons is my favorite hotel in most cities and Budapest isn’t a exception, I’m sure this is the best hotel in Hungary.
But for the first time I left a Four Season hotel feeling disappointed. Unfortunately I started to feel bad after having some snacks from the mini bar which had expired 6 months earlier, this shouldn’t be expected at a Four Seasons hotel but there’s always the human elements and mistakes like these can occur. However, I got more disappointed about how poorly it got handled — They compensated with Hungarian wine and more snacks. That didn’t helped me out with the meetings I had to cancel and the business opportunities that got lost.

Amazing!!!
Inskickad 18 feb. 2019 på HotelsSå vänlig personal, blev uppgraderade gratis vid ankomst. Hotellet bjöd på Mousserande vin och efterrät då vi firade 10-årig bröllopsdag. På alla hjärtansdag fick vi en fantastisk dessert på rummet också helt gratis! Vi njöt fullt ut av exceptionell service hela vår vistelse

Lyxweekend i Budapest
Inskickad 24 okt. 2016 på HotelsPerfekt läge för en weekend i Budapest. Klanderfri och vänlig service under hela vistelsen. Rum med utsikt mot floden rekommenderas. Baren och restaurangen får också toppbetyg. Bra gym och spa. Hotell med något extra.

Inskickad 2 mars 2015 på HotelsNjutning för synen, hörseln, luktsinnet rakt igenom, allt från den magnifika kristallkronan i entrén och den otroligt vackra vackra teservisen vid afternoon tee till den meditativa pianomusiken och de doftande produkterna på hotellets spaavdelning. Mycket trevlig personal och bästa läget. Bara två saker att klaga på varav det ena var att endast en ynka kaffekapsel/person och dygn delades ut. Det andra, som förtog en del av den fräscha känslan i spa't, var att ingen skylt om duschtvång innan poolbad var uppsatt. Vi såg fler än en person som så att säga tog sin dusch i poolen. Huh!!!!
