Bristol är underbar,människor avslappnade och vänliga...2 stopp med tåg till vackra Bath... nära till shopping center...otroligt mkt att se för den som älskar turista...Du kommer inte att vara besviken

Fresh and comfy hotel in central Bristol

First of all, the staff was very service minded when they received and stored our day 2 tests that were sent to the hotel before our arrival. the front desk is open 24 hours which was very good as we arrived for check-in very late from a show in Bridgwater. The room was very comfy and clean. The only thing thats a bit strange is that there is two mixers, one for hot water and one for cold water. It makes it harder to wash your hands, but I have seen it on more places in Bristol/England so I guess its some form of standard. The full english breakfast buffe was excellent and I would recommend it to anyone, well worth the price. We were very happy with this stay!

Lovely hotel with a great locations. The public areas were chic and well maintained. The rooms had a quirky design, but with some visible plaster patches and a couple of smudges on the white curtains. But overall, very clean and fresh.

Great hotel, perfect location. Staff amazing. Bed very comfy. Could be excellent if - Room included tissues, fridge, bottled water.

The staff were great... The chap who checked us in was great,very professional and helpful and engaging. The lady working behind the bar on Sunday evening was also very friendly and helpful. Only negative is the toilet paper! It was very cheap and obviously so! An extra 20p spent on a roll of better quality toilet paper would be well spent for the overall standard of the hotel

Over priced and underwhelming

Over priced for what it is... Spent less on much better hotels. Beds are awful, so uncomfortable, and gives terrific backache, room tiny and felt enclosed in. Only 2 tea bags per day, no biscuit, rooms cold. Cheap toilet paper, Woken up early each morning with house keeping banging doors and shouting up the corridor to one another... The whole stay felt very in personal, hardly see staff etc.. Only good point was great location.

We’re tickled pink you noticed! On the other hand, I’m sorry to hear that some aspects didn't meet your expectations. Our mattresses usually get the thumbs up for comfort, so I'm surprised they were not to your liking. We strive to create a cozy atmosphere, and it seems we missed the mark for you with room temperature and tea provisions – our apologies. As for the early morning hustle and bustle, we'll remind our housekeeping team to keep it down so that our guests can enjoy a few more winks. It's a disappointing when interruptions get in the way of dreamland adventures. Our aim is to offer a personal touch, and it seems we have some work to do on that front.We hope to get another chance to impress you with the improvements – you’re always welcome here.
