The setting is great, terrace overlooking the surroundings. Nice room but bathroom needs to be a bit updated.

Inskickad 30 sep. 2016 på HotelsEtt bra standardhotell. Parkeringen ligger två våningar och 100 meter från receptionen vilket inte är idealiskt om man reser med bagage. Rummen är fina men inte jätterent. Korridorerna luktar lite gammalt och är slitna.
Trevlig personal och gratis internet, även om det var väldigt långsamt.

Firstly, we are sorry to hear that you are disappointed that we are charging parking overnight guests.There are several reasons for this, one is our proximity to the airport makes parking premium and attractive, so to prevent unauthorised parking so that there is sufficient parking available for all our hotel guests, charging is a way that we can control this. The hotel has fought hard to delay introduction of parking charges for as long as possible and we have tried to keep parking charges to a minimum. The new charge is 7.50 for overnight guests.Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We do appreciate all comments.

Reception staff rude, said we we had not paid in advance with you , and we had, went to room no remote for tv , waited for someone to bring one up, and said it wasn’t there problem, my partner missed the racing because of this, the room had not been checked, we were in a room in attic with the smallest window, just not what I expected, for price of room, and reception staff just did not care

Great hotel near airport
Inskickad 15 jan. 2024 på HotelsIt was a very warm welcome after coming off a delayed late night flight. The warm cookie was just the thing I needed. The room was comfortable, the bed was soft and cozy, and i finally got that sleep I desired. Easy check out too.
