New hotel with some early tech problems
Inskickad 30 juli 2016 på HotelsGreat hotel, but there was some unwanted noice from AC in the room, which was disturbing (it seems that all room have the same problem with noice). Crowded breakfast area with stressful service employees, but very kind personnel. The hotel had a great service-approach.

On calling the hotel I got the answer that I have to go and collect them and they refused to send them by registered post even if I paid for it. As I live two hours drive away this is not possible to collect. I'm extremely disappointed in the reaction.

Husband 80th birthday celebration.

The staff from the cocktail bar, downstairs bar, restaurant and reception were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. After an excellent night's sleep in the king size bed, we thoroughly enjoyed a delicious buffet cooked breakfast where everything one could want for breakfast was provided. The check in and check out system was easy and quick.
We'll definitely want to visit again.
