Rooms are great, what you expect in a hotel like this.
Breakfast is a bit disappointing when comparing to other five stars hotels I have stayed at. Selection is limitied, pancakes too compact etc
Location of hotel is great, and if you stay at floor 7 or higher on the side facing the zoo, many rooms have a very nice view.
Nice spa

Väldigt fint hotell med bra läge. Men ändå inte bästa betyg rakt igenom.

Ta ett annat femstjärning hotell i Berlin
Inskickad 27 maj 2019 på HotelsHotellet är fint men dålig frukost dvs lite val och ofräscht. Servicen var usel, framförallt från receptionen och "bell boys". Utsikt över staden blir utsikt över en gata med hus mittemot. Detta är hotels.com (expedia) fel enligt hotellet, felaktig beskrivning menade de. Vi hade en Juniorsvit med noll utsikt. Jag har bott på de flesta femstjärninga hotell i Berlin. Detta var i särklass det sämsta.
