Its a 4 star hotel but the rooms is quite simple it looks like a 3 star hotel,tv is not working and even the safety box was already broken ,we called the reception many times so we just did not used it.every after its raining but wondering why the hotel doesnt have an available umbrella for the guest.

I have transferred your comment to maintenance department in order to know what happened and why we don't fixed during your stay. I have checked the room and it is ok, now. About umbrella we have some to leave to our clients in case of rain, but we don't have as many as guests we have in the hotel.
