Great location, but that’s it!

Two elevators were not working. You had to Waits a long time. Bad Wi-Fi, you were disconected constantly. They upgaraded us, but the room had à LOT of mould even tough it was renovated. We used to stay here all the time before covid, but now there are some better options, but the location is great.

TLC novotel.. pls

We stayed here before and we loved it. However no its a bit so-so. The pool area and the pool is so bad. Pool algies and worn /torn furniture /pots/tiles and so on. Poolbar is closed . The need to redo tha whole area. Whata shame, However The breakfast is amazing We booked a standard room ut chose to upgrade for 55 bht to a ”new renovated and fresh room” That room was in such a bad state that we went to reception about it. The guy there was so helpfull and gave the BEST service ever. He upgraded us to premium room on 17th floor with access to the premium lounge. That was great.
