För kallt i foajén samt gym och frukostmatsalen.
Steril och ljus frukostmatsal. Buffén var inte varm, ljummen. Tråkigt med för lite thai-mat. Nästan bara kinesisk mat. Plus för omeletten.
Gymmet var dåligt utrustad. Bättre tillsätta maskiner istället för en stor soffa i gymmet.
Väldigt svårt för solen att nå ner till poolområdet!
Trevlig personal!

Good room, comfortable bed. Good with fridge, microwave and water. Too cold in the foyer as well as the gym and the breakfast room. Sterile and bright breakfast room. The buffet was not hot, lukewarm. Sad with too little Thai food. Almost only Chinese food. Plus for the omelette. The gym was poorly equipped. Better to add machines instead of a big sofa in the gym. Hela hotellet med personal var fantastiskt dessutom låg det nära (gång avstånd) till mycket vi ville uppleva och se eller ta oss till. Busshållplatsen och tunnelbana var super nära. Det enda som kan vara ett minus är de fina golven i korridorer som ekar lite när folk rullar sina väskor på olika tider. Men just vi, sov bra i de fantastiska sköna sängarna och frukosten var kungligt. Kan varm rekommendera detta hotell

The whole hotel and staff were fantastic, moreover, it was close (walking distance) to a lot we wanted to experience and see or go to. The bus stop and subway were super close. Very helpful and kind staff, from the moment they greeted us and when we left, they have been delighting our stay. They guys at the concierge/luggage service was extra helpful whenever I had questions and gave good recommendations on where to go etc. The room is more than enough and is in good shape and the cleaning service is what you would've expect. Great to have a pool at the hotel, which is highly appreciated to cool down in after a long day exploring Bangkok. The Spa is a bit disappointing as its not only 3-4 times more expensive but I expected it to be better than the cheap alternatives out in the city, as a comparison we tried a place in Chinatown and we at first were very sceptical, but it was exactly the same as the hotel. The breakfast has a very large selection, mainly Asian influenced dishes.
Location is good, close to the metro and across the street is a fairly large shopping mall with a good food court.

Undermålig kompensation
Inskickad 18 juli 2023 på HotelsVi var tvungna att checka ut tidigare, p g a flygresa tillbaka till Sverige sent på natten. Vi gick således miste om en övernattning och frukostbuffé. Detta kompenserades med en superliten matbox, där det erbjuds några enstaka fruktbitar, ett ägg och en sallad modell mini. Vi lämnade hotellet hungriga och besvikna, då vi inte kunde få en rabattkupong för middagsbuffén istället.

We had to check out earlier, due to the flight back to Sweden late at night. We thus missed out on an overnight stay and breakfast buffet. This was compensated with a super small food box, offering a few pieces of fruit, an egg and a salad model mini.
