Wonderful staff! The best about this hotel. The Serenity Club Room was nice and the bed really comfy. Hotel is a bit dated overall, but has good amenities and amazing staff. Thank you!

Absolut inte en 5-stjärnig upplevelse

Rummet vi fick var en One Bedroom Suite som kändes mörkt och ologisk möblerat och förmedlade absolut inte känslan av ett 5-stjärnigt hotell! Frukosten som erbjöds hade ett väldigt begränsad utbud och imponerade inte på oss. Apelsinjuicen var ex. av samma kvalite som finns att köpa på Seven Eleven! Pool-området var litet och solsängen jag låg i var delvis trasig samt att handdukarna såg solblekta ut, det är sådana detaljer som drar ner helhetsintrycket! Vi gillade dock roof top restaurangen Vertigo som erbjöd en magnifik utsikt över staden! Maten var helt ok!
