Need to do better
Inskickad 20 jan. 2024 på HotelsI asked for the bed in the room to be made (In person) to the desk staff. When the cleaners serviced my room. Instead of making the bed. They decided to throw bed sheets on the bench in the room. Giving a clear message to me, and my spouse to, "Make your own damn bed". Highly disappointed with this, as well as the broken ice machines on multiple floors (Including thr floor I was on).

Rooms are old dated and dirty . Elevator has 10 min wait time

Restaurants more oriented to children. Burgers, pizza. Lobby outdated. Called housekeeping & front desk numerous times, rings about 10 times then disconnects. Valet parking not open. Front desk person was polite & helpful. Safe in room not operational. No hair dryer. No matter what we set the thermostat to it would never mive from 73. Would not go back nor recommend

There is no casino, food options are limited. Parking was very expensive at $25/night self park.
