Trash containers were never changed and contained old trash from previous tenant. Disgusting.

This was by far the worst stay I’ve ever experienced in a while. I could not believe how the management were acting towards us. They made us feel like just another number. They knew that business was still going so they ignored us. We found mold on the paper towels we were wiping with and also blood on three of our pillow cases. It’s was completely unexpectable.

Thankful for Barry , who came to our room and saw the condition and immediately fixed the issue . Front Desk Gent , he was very kind ( sorry can't recall name ) Nedra at check out wonderful .... Casino floor African American Lady Dealer purple shirt , curly hair , glasses around 6:45 Am , kind , helped me with directions ! I am in this industry, nice rooms are a must ... I would book directly next time to assure I have a room to my standards ! I love Harrah's , worked there , it's "home" great time , everyone ! I'm glad I was there for my birthday! Thanks to booking hotels .com for assuring I had a legit room reservation. Be blessed !!!!!
