Very unimpressive rooms. Old, dingy, low ceiling. Noisy old AC. Bathroom partly renovated, but the bathtub old and worn. The play area by the pool is extremely old and worn. Low celing in the corridors, dark carpet. Parking extremely expensive, and they charged for a whole extra night when we left the car in the carage just a few hours after check out. We're never staying at the Hilton again.

High Price for Outdated Rooms

Our family went tldor a Disneyland trip and I had booked two rooms. Hotel looked beautiful from outside, grand entrance and reception. 1. The Valet guy asked if I am doing self parking or velat the car, I said self parking. He took my keys away from me and said, will give it back once I have checked in. WHAT? WHY? When I said, No, I will keep my keys and I will park my car my self, he got on my face and his arm moved to his taser. Another car pulled behind me. He asked same thing to other guest and they said self parking, he didn't ask keys from them. So I asked why didn't you ask for their keys but wanted my keys? He didn't say anything. I walked away and as I am checking in, I told what happened to receptionist and she was very apologetic. She said she will talk to the guy. 2. Rooms were outdated, old carpet, old sheets and pillow, shower and bathroom outdated. Functional but did not match with how hotel looked from outside. But comfortable and nice. 3. Food and drinks expensive. Starbucks closes at 11AM in morning and they open at 7AM. Food court closes at 8PM everyday. In short, it's OK hotel but I would not recommend - for the same price, you can find lot better options - morden and updates.

The floor was soaking wet outside the bathroom and I didn't know if the toilet overflowed which grossed me out when I stepped in it in my bare feet.
