We were travelling with a wheelchair. Despite that we got a room that was one of few ”Z-shaped” rooms and very narrow when there were plenty of square-shaped rooms, that would have worked much better for us.
On the same topic: not until the third day(!) we were told that the hotel had a lift!? Instead my daughter needed to walk the stairs with some difficulty and I needed to ”bump” the wheelchair up and down the stairs.
When it comes to ”pros” the hotel has perfect location: close to museums, Vondelpark, Blue boats channel cruises and Heineken Experience. A little bit further to the train station though, but the airport bus (397) stopped two minutes away. Nice breakfast buffet!

Trevligt hotell i centralt läge
Inskickad 8 aug. 2023 på HotelsTrevligt hotell i centralt läge. Vi fick ett rum i källaren som luktade mögel men fick byta direkt och blev kompenserade. Mycket trevlig personal.
Hade gärna sett att det fanns mer att välja på från frukostbuffén.

Otroligt otrevlig personal vid frukosten,borde verkligen läsa på om hur man behandlar gäster samt vad ett serviceyrke innebär .
Sämsta upplevelsen jag någonsin har haft på ett hotell .

Ostädat rum, dragit och höga ljud från trafiken som låg i höjd med rummet på -1. Trotts att vi sa till om städning så låg dem föra gästens hår och skräp kvar efter städning nr 2.
