Thare’s nothing to say, vary nice hotel for those who want a great stay near the international airport.
Everything was perfect despite the fact that the beds are not cleaned.
Otherwise I’ll be returning back each time l travel to Algeria.
It’s the first time I met a welcoming staff close to international standards in this country, great go forward.
Last thing, the cooking is just gorgeous.

Great hotel, confusing check-in
Inskickad 19 mars 2022 på HotelsThe hotel is well-situated for an overnight transfer to a next flight. The staff was very courteous. We traveled with 3 young kids, and I booked two rooms on hotels.com so that we could have a "sleep room" and a "jet lag" room. However, on arrival, we were told that we only had one room reserved, despite having paid for two. The staff did upgrade us to a larger room for the five of us, but it still did not fix the problem of sleep issues. I was told there was nothing we could do.
Other than that, the pool was really nice and although I didn't use the exercise room, it looked really well equipped.
Had they looked further into my reservations and tried to make things right, would've been a great stay!!

Thank you for your recent review of the Hyatt Regency Algiers Airport. We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback.
We are, of course, saddened that you did not fully enjoyed your experience due to the room booking. As explained by our front desk team, our internal booking system showed only one room booked for your arrival date and another one cancelled on march 6th for an arrival date on the 7th of march and as the reservation was made by a third party (hotel.com), the hotel has no possibility to modify the booking.
On the other hand, we really appreciate your comments on the friendliness of the staff, the pool as well as the fitness center and the location of the hotel.
On behalf of the team, we truly hope that we can welcome you back for another stay soon.

الموقع ممتاز بالنسبه للمطار ولكن لا توجد خدمات ومرافق بالقرب منه إلا باستخدام سيارة بشكل عام فهو ممتاز وهادئ
