The property has potential but it’s the lack of attention to detail. It was a beautiful property, with a spacious room and we enjoyed the pool. The issues we had were;
1. Why have a butler with a phone number that you can’t call from the hotel phone?
2. To charge prices as the finest hotel in the world, you can’t be cheap with the toilet paper. If you’re leaving half a roll leave a fresh roll in the drawer.
3. If they’re a two people in the room and you change towels provide two sets.
4. I checked out and paid cash. The attendant started helping someone else. I asked for my receipt and he gave me the invoice. Well later on, they told my friend in a totally different room, I hadn’t paid and charged him again for all my incidentals.
5. The bathroom was leaking down into the hallway.
6. The TV would reset every time you pulled the card from the wall but would not reconnect to the internet.

Wonderful customer service, nice stay for Accra standards. Receiving ordered food at the hotel took a long time however
