Staff was very helpful and polite. The decor and styling was very fresh and modern. I'd stay there again!

Great location with easy access to all parts of Lubbock. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I would stay there again.

This hotel was very comfortable. It was very close to TTU baseball field.

At first I really liked the hotel and the room. Then I find out the staff are thefts. I left a necklace in the room and they had no record of it. The necklace was from my tour overseas with the military and it really meant a lot. I take responsibility for leaving it but do not understand the point of lost and found if the staff just keeps the stuff. The manger didn't seem concerned or apologetic at all.

The room itself was really well decorated but it was clear that the person that cleaned the room was in rush. I found leftovers, opened soap, used shampoo, used towel. The hotel is not a 3 stars at all, more like 2. The bed was not comfortable as the other 3 stars hotels. Disappointing.

I absolutey LOVED this hotel!! For one thing, it smelled amazing...not the normal hotel smell. The room was updated and modernized, and the pillows extremely comfortable. The bed was slightly firm. Breakfast is complimentary, and they serve REAL breakfast with eggs, bacon, etc. I was already loving my stay, when I discovered the bar had a fantastic happy hour! I am definitely staying there again the next time I am in Lubbock!

The room was nice. It only had one washcloth and was missing several lightbulbs. The breakfast was good, however some young people before us broke the waffle batter holder and it leaked all over the counter and floor. The floor was still messy when we left 30 min later

Other than for finding the suites the first night, service, food and comfort were better than average. I will stay again if I return to Lubbock.

The hotel was hard to find at first, since my GPS didn't recognize the address. However, after driving around a bit, I finally found it. Overall, had a pretty nice experience. The pool was fantastic, although a sprinkler wasn't working and no one cleaned the pool (dirty breakfast dishes on one table) through the Sunday we were there. The room was great and the bed was extremely comfortable. The housekeeper who took care of us was wonderful - a pleasant smile each time we saw her and a friendly greeting. Overall, we were treated quite well. The only difficulty we had was with the free continental breakfast. Food was lukewarm (if best). Waffle machine was broken one morning. Toaster wasn't working the next. I wasn't very impressed.

We stayed at this hotel and had a terrible uncomfortable stay. We did not sleep for three days. The room (200) we stayed in had a loud banging happening all night. Sounded like a washing machine out of balance. We complained and got no relief. We were told there were no other rooms available. The front desk admitted that they have had numerous complainants about this room in the past and that the engineer could not fix this problem. Why rent a room that has had complaints and has not been fixed? Secondly, the shower leaked not only onto the floor but under the tiles. It was a stream that flooded the bathroom with every shower. It was evident that this has been a problem for sometime. There was mold at the base of the floor and underneath the tiles. took 5 -6 towels to keep it from running into the room. Informed the front desk with no response of concern or help. We will never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone. Plus the hotel claims to have wireless access in all rooms. Not true. If you stay close to the lobby you have wi-fi. The was not signal in our room or anywhere else. Our keys would only work for one day. We would have to get a new key everyday. The keys would also not work in the doors to the outside. The parking lot is in the back and the keys would not work back there. You had to walk all the way around the hotel (in the dark) to go through the front door. We were told that they have had issues with the doors for the past 3 weeks. We were not told this at anytime until we asked. Ridiculous problems that were apparent to the staff but not worth fixing I guess.
