Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites FORT WORTH DOWNTOWN

Stayed for one night. As one night stays go, it was very unremarkable. It was close to. The freeway was close but not really close to downtown. It barely qualified as a downtown hotel. It was advertised that the shuttle service would drop you off in sun dance square but it was only one shuttle and very inconvient. Still drove my vehicle downtown. The room was clean and the staff was nice. I've stayed at a lot of holiday inn expresses and this one was very average.

We stayed here over the 2012 Christmas Holiday while visiting our grandchildren. Nice clean rooms and friendly staff. They even had 3 handicap and about 7 regular covered parking spaces, which were great during the rainy weather. Bathroom is a bit crowded when two people are using it at the same time. They do offer a free shuttle service to various downtown attractions, but we never had a chance to use it.

Needed a place to pass out and regroup for toadies show, perfect.

Had a great time in Texas loved it there, the Hotel and Staff were wonderful. It is nicely situated for easy access to everywhere by car. The front staff were very friendly and helpful with anything we asked. They were great at getting us directions for shopping, the Cowboys stadium, if they did not know, they would google it for us .... The Shuttle staff were Excellent and friendly we learned alot about the wonderful state of Texas and Ft. Worth area thanks Terry you were awsome. We took in the Nascar races, Cowboys stadium tour, the Stock Yards Rodeo and the Cowgirls Hall of fame and Loved every minute we were there in the friendly Ft. Worth area. We look forward to coming back to the Ft.Worth area and staying longer... Thanks you guys for making our trip a real pleasure and the great memories.

Got there check in was easy and fast.. Room was very nice with all the accomodations.. The shuttle service was awesome and it will take you within 3 miles of the hotel which saves you from getting a taxi... Got home after a busy night on the town the room was very quiet.. woke up the next morning to a breakfast buffet which was very good checked out and left I plan on staying at the this hotel again very good service and very friendly!! I would reccomend to all!

Reception desk provided excellent assistance in guiding us to where we needed to go. Also, they offered the services of the shuttle within a limited distance. The overall appearance of the hotel is very modern and inviting. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I was charged $240.56 for a room that was such poor quality it should have been $99 and not a penny more. The remote control didn't even work (sigh). [...] When I arrived at the Holiday Inn the person at the front desk said they were sold out and did not have a room for me despite them confirming my reservation. The front desk staff sent me to an awful hotel at 10 PM at night. The experience was both unpleasant and stressful. This was an inconvenience. Had I been notified in advance I would have made a reservation to stay at a hotel near the airport which would have been a convenient way to catch my early morning flight. The hotel I went to did not have a complimentary shuttle service available the next morning and no one tried to make up for this mishaps.

Nice staff. I had meetings downtown and they arranged their shuttle to take me there. Great location if you are driving, right off I-30, but was pretty quiet and no road noise.. The room was very clean, and was well appointed with fridge and microwave, although small for king furniture.
