Quality Inn & Suites on the Beach

I will never stay there again. The people next to us you could hear them . The hotel Smelled. The room was dirty and there was a Dead cockroach. I will never stay there again . For what they charge, it was not Worth it.

My room was plain but clean. This was a sufficient room for my needs. I would stay here again.

Went to spend our anniversary there. When we arrive our room had the view I expected which was a balcony looking towards the beach it was awesome, unfortunatly the A/C wasnt working. Called the front desk they sent a maintenance man to fix it. They changed it to another unit which they had in storage, and room was still extremely hot. We ended up in a room with a view of the parking lot. Which was not at all that I was wanting. The room in which they changed us to was so filthy. Looked as if no one had cleaned it for a very good while. Very disappointed.

Everything about this place was sad. Room was very HOT, service was poor, food was blaaa, and over all stay was just soooo sad.

I have been here a few times before and this time came with my husband and 2 kids (my daughter is 4 months). Staff is friendly, but I was dissappointed with the cleanliness this time. The drawers still had stuff in them and you could tell they didn't spend much time cleaning them. I should have complained but didn't because it was just a overnight trip and we didn't do much than sleep in the room. Pool is awesome and the breakfast was decent. For the location and price it is hard to pass up if your on a budget. We will go back but this time I will complain if the room is not cleaned correctly but the staff seems like they would have fixed the issue if they were aware. Plan on going back in a month so will let you know.

It was great location walking distance to aquarium and us lexington....the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.....pool was big and beach was able to be seen from pool side

I decided to stay at this hotel because it was right on the water and included breakfast in the morning! The place wasn't the Taj Mahal but I loved the location as well. I was really pleased with the breakfast in the morning - it smelled yummy in the morning and I was so happy to be able to walk down the hall to grab a full breakfast besides pasties and coffee. I didn't like the smell of the room - when I walked in the A/C unit smelled moldy due to the water condensation from the water near the A/C unit coming into the room.

Poor hotel maintainance, hairdryer broken, courteous staff, rooms small, good views , ok experience, paid too much for what we received.
