Red Roof Inn Syracuse

This was a good, clean hotel. No refrigerator in the room, and located on a kind of ugly part of a traffic circle. Nonetheless, does what a hotel should. Also wish they'd had some sort of maps or possibly a light morning snack/breakfast option. But a Denny's right across the street.

Traveled to Syracuse to help judge an IASCA SQ event. Hotel was located close to where I needed to be. I am not sure the heat worked bc the temp never changed despite turning up the thermostat-but it also never got any colder. room was simple basic amenities. Desk staff, was prompt and courteous.

Desk Staff was attentive and checked in immediately, tho they seemed short staff bc there was a wait with several people in front of me. Room was clean. Im not 100% sure how well the heat worked, but It didnt seem to get any warmer despite turning up the thermostat up. but the room also never got any colder when it was like 20 degrees outside. Bed and pillows were adequate and as expected for of room in this price range. I would stay again and recommend to others looking for an affordable room.

The hotel room was just as expected. Staff members went out of their way to be helpful, even calling the room to make sure accommodations met our needs. I'd stay again in the future.

This was pretty awful. The bathroom in our room was disgusting: fecal matter and urine stains left on the seat; numerous stains in the bathtub; etc. Hotel staff seemed to have no problem with the fact that large numbers of people wandered the halls, making enormous amounts of noise at 2am.

we went to a sporting event at a local college and decided to stay the night. We wanted someplace very reasonable and clean also pet friendly.RedRoof delivered as promised. Great rate clean room, super Italian Restaurant (Joey's) right next door. So pleased.

Friendly staff and very helpful about places to eat in the area. Quiet stay. I noticed there were a lot of snowmobilers staying there the same night but it was very peaceful. For the time of year, the blankets weren't sufficient so I had to turn the heat up to 70 degrees and only 1 towel and packet of shampoo was available so if traveling as more than one, ask for more at check-in. Clean and adequate for 1-2 nights of stay

Did some shopping nearby. Had dinner at Joey's next door which was really good. Seemed to be a transport depot behind the Inn will trucks coming and going all night. Very noisy.

I was on a 12 hour business trip/drive and wanted to stop mid-way along my route. Syracuse was my best choice for relatively affordable hotel room, near to major highways. I wanted a very clean place, with free in-room internet. Red Roof Inn in Syracuse was the place. Quiet location, yet convenient. An Italian Restaurant - Joey's - right next door. If I need it, a great super market - Wegmans - less than a mile away. If I need to, I'd stay there again for a night.

When we got there, they had cancelled our reservation and given our room to other guests! Everything was resolved through Orbitz TLC (which was great).
