Hotel is near to Airport. There was no iron and coffee maker in the room. Free WiFi was only 5GB data free/night, means you can use only for 5 to 10 minutes. There was one common iron for all hotel in laundry room and iron was as dirty as you imagine and laundry room where you will go and wish to never come in this hotel again. In nut Shell you can stay once in your life in this hotel and then will never choose this hotel in future.

there's really not a lot of specialness about this hotel but it;s clean, cheap and located close to lots of shopping. We stay here whenever we come to Syracuse because of all of the above. it's a good deal.

Only one night but it met my expectations for a 2 star place. The staff was pleasant and helpful - the room had more space than average and was clean - nice walk-in shower - good TV. The breakfast was basically coffee and donuts. One oddity was that I booked as a single and had to sign a statement that there would be no one else in the room.

Staff was good,location was great , over all a good stay.

Huge room. Sheets were clean. Room was clean. Furniture was worn but clean. New hgtv on wall. We were 10 rooms down from the main office and wifi signal was week. I moved halfway closer to the office in the hallway and had no problem, plenty of chairs to sit. Then later wifi was fine in the room. Included doughnuts and fruit for breakfast. I will stay again. Why pay more than you have to at other hotels? Also, convenient off of 90 or 81.

We arrived at the hotel expecting it to be a '70's" type motel. We weren't disappointed. Having read many reviews, we did expect it to be a little more upscale than it was. We had a non-smoking room but we could smell smoke in the hallway and a faint smell of smoke in the room. Let me hurry to say, the room was clean and the bathroom well stocked. Unfortunately, the maid didn't leave washcloths and drinking glases one day and we had to ask for them. On our last day there, we noticed that the shower and the toilet hadn't been cleaned. Since we checked out at 4:30 AM, there was no one to tell. When you get right down to it, we probably got what we paid for. We were looking for "cheap" and we found it.

We were in Syracuse to bowl in the womens nationals. the hotel was a stop over because of the weekend and nothing being available. Bed was a little hard, nice bathroom, a little weery of the sliding door not having a protection piece for locking.

Good clean hotel, Large sized rooms, Conveniently located. Close to Interstate intersections and airport. Excellent service. Breakfast of doughnuts, cup cakes and steaming coffee. Good service.

Everthing was good, room nice and big, just there a short time as had to be at the airport for 5 am. Would certainly stay there again, very close to the airport.

It was ok. just wish they had a recreation room. hotels r usully just to sleep in so thats what we did. It was roomy though which was good.
