Be very careful booking this hotel!
The hotel was old and outdated, but it was clean and the staff was friendly. The reason for my poor score was that this hotel shows up as being close to Burlington. It's not! It takes over an hour, as well as a $20 ferry ride to get there, as it's on the other side of Lake Champlain. This should never have popped up on the list of hotels close to Burlington as it gives the false impression that it's close. I wasted 3 hours of travel time and spent a lot of gas money and a ferry fee, because this hotel was mislabeled.

very nice hotel. room was clean,everything worked, walls were a but thin but tolerable. continental breakfast was great and food was hot and fresh. will be back soon. The only issue was the snow removal which might not be the hotel but who they contract, I would replace them. If it was the hotel not a very good job at all.

Nice friendly hotel
I liked Best western in Plattsburgh because I get a good room for the price I pay. The room is renovated and clean. Their staff is efficient and friendly. They are very helpful whenever I need something. The location is great since the hotel is close to all shopping malls and restaurants. Their continental breakfast is good and their fitness room is ok. The pool is warm and the ambiance is welcoming.
