Four Points by Sheraton Niagara Falls

So to be clear this is not the Sheraton near niagara falls, this is the one 10 mins down the street in a shady neighborhood on a street that almost destroyed the suspension on my car. Windows and walls are paper thin! And overall the hotel seems off. But if you enjoy driving to places and don't mind paying for parking or paying to cross the canada border everyday then sure go for it! Me, I'd rather stay at the Sheraton I thought I booked and not this excuse o a hotel which only gets their patrons through deceit of their location.

Pros: Very clean, everything was new, free parking & free WiFi Cons: Room was a little small, with a small bathroom. Stayed here one night with my brother. We had a room with 2queen beds. The room was well laid out with modern fittings, everything was new. The room is on the small side though, was ok for two people, four will be tight. On the whole, great hotel, short drive to the falls. Breakfast was reasonably priced for a hotel & tasted good. Will stay here again.

Only one thing was pretty gōod -- restaurant. Excellent kooking for Reasonable price. Other than this everything was just ok, I.e not the best value for the money.

Upon arriving at the Sheraton, located directly across from the Seneca niagara casino, I was informed that my reservation was not for this location, but rather at the " new" Sheraton that was just down the road... So they said... From the promising words of beachfront views and minimal distance to the casino, I found myself trembling such words while driving through what I could best describe as a scene from Halloween or Friday the 13th.... Beachfront turned to 2 miles of VIP front row viewing of OSHA chemical factory buildings and smog... Only to be lifted to reveal what I may consider less than safe of a neighborhood... Folks this is NOT a family-friendly destination... 20 petrifying minutes through a nightmare is far from convenient nor relaxing... My last minute romantic whim turned quickly into what I would equate a resue mission consisted of.... Several apologies, accommodating customer service, etc. rescue mission FAILED

Hotel was spotless. Seemed like we were the first guests to ever use the room.

Clean- area something to be desired 4 miles down pkwy to falls- was priced well compared to others. be careful as there are some real dumpy hotel/motels in the area. Fortunately this was not one of them

This new hotel was very comfortable, clean, and modern, and the service was very good. Breakfast was great. The only tiny issue is that it is located in a not-so-uplifting neighborhood a little farther from the falls than we would have liked. In spite of this, I'd stay there again and recommend it to others.

The Hotel was good and clean. The staff was supportive. As our main purpose was to visit the Niagara falls we did not spend too much time in the Hotel. We use to come to hotel at night only. Everything was near by. Fashion Outlet mall was 10 minutes drive from there. In between you will see lot of stores (Target, Pizzahut, Burger King, Taco Bell, Walmart). In all it was good place to live and I would like to stay agai.

Although the hotel did provide us with an excellent restaurant, a pool and basic amenities as advertised, problems with construction were apparent. These included dangerous situations such as the pool hand rail coming loose from the concrete and the bathroom door handle coming off in my 2-year-old's hands. The sink faucet also came loose at the pipe and we found food under the bed. When I informed the front desk of these problems, the employee's simply nodded their heads. Overall, this is not an establishment that I would want to revisit.
