9F～11Ｆまでの部屋は、共同トイレ、共同シャワー。12Ｆ～13Ｆの部屋は、共同トイレ、共同シャワーだが、鍵付きの個室が利用できる。ホテルの宿泊者は、ＹＭＣＡのジムやプール、シャワー、サウナが利用できる特典あり。

Good if you won't be in the room very much. Thermostat was stuck and made the room really hot. Showers were very gross but toilets normal. Room was very clean, staff easy to deal with, excellent location. Good room for the price if you wont stay long or spend much time in your room.

I'll give an average rating from my own experience. The service is good. I needed the service of housekeeping at night when I had a spill on the floor,somebody was sent though housekeeping staff had gone. The only problem I had was the smelly nature of the male restroom. The restroom and bathroom is centralised, if one needs single restroom & bathroom, you may look elsewhere. However, its a sirene environment

Staff was excellent, location to die for, and the price was right. Went for my mothers funeral so the economic impact of the trip was an issue. The price was right and it was what I nedded for my short stay. I would stay there again if I had to.

The only thing we will remember about this hotel is seeing German cockroaches running on my bed, walls and a mirror as we entered the room in the evening!! That's good we have strong nerves... Among other things was the TV which existed in the room but was unavailable to watch because the only working outlet was located too far. I was too tired to go demand other room just for one night, but I will never stay here again for sure!! It is the height of imprudence to ask this price for such conditions!!!!

The hotel was clean, bathroom was not stylish but clean. There is paid Internet service on the floor which was great. We stayed at the 1 bunk bed room it was a tiny little room but it was good for the price. Very close to wholefood that's where we got our dinner.

Excellent location at affordable prices. Rooms are small with minimal facilities. Not the cleanest hotel I've stayed in.

トイレ、シャワー共用を納得の上利用しましたが、なんと脱衣所がないのにはびっくりしました。裸身にバスタオルをまとっただけの女性が廊下を歩いているの２度目にしました。気の毒に！！。

For the location the price was Fantasic. You are super close to colbia subway station which will take you all overManhatten and easily to Brooklyn Queens and the Bronx. Walking distance to upper west and east side, tes square and 5th Ave. And right across the street from central park! There shard bathrroms which is a downfall but they are clean enough. Another downfall is the only option of beds are a single twin or twin bunck beds. Slightly noisey but not oo bad. Mostly in the early morning. Rooms are kept clean but they are tiny. All in all the location outweighed the downfalls. And in NYC that truely matters the most.
