Paramount Hotel Times Square New York

As a Long Islander who lived in the city for ten years and needed a convenient place to stay overnight, I can honestly say that I was pleased with the amenities offered by The Paramount. Accommodations were comfortable, clean, and reasonably priced. The lobby was chic with a quirky decor and computer availability. Great location in the midst of The Apple's action!

I've been to New York on six different occasion in the last two years and this hotel is been by far one of the most unpleasant experiences. Staff is careless and dull and they're systems are inefficient took them 20min to find my reservation. They had a free upgrade advertised which I did not get but, the guy that walked up to the counter while my reservation was being looked up did get and upgrade but he had no reservation and had just arrived from the airport. They were not friendly nor apologetic about their lack of interest. An incredible disappointment. I do not recommend at all. Spend the extra money and get a room at the Marriott Marquis up the street.

Very ordinary room and a bit small but very clean. It is a great deal considering the location is a half a block from time square. Really a small trade off so overall a great deal for the money.

You pay for location more than anything. The room is average and the hotel is nice.

This is my second time staying at the Paramount. I love the friendly and helpful staff. The location and cleanliness is also very appealing. I will stay here when I am in town again on business. Thank you

I stayed once before and thought if I upgraded to a "renovated king" it would make a difference. They need to raze this building and start from scratch. Oh, and they should probably take their pretentious, attitude and too cool for school smug on their staffers face with it! It's sad...................

The room is a fair size at this price point and location in NY. It was clean and contemporary. The rest of the hotel is too, the lobby is hip and inviting, the hotel bars are good. At check-in the clerk noticed my 6'1" stature and upgraded me to a bigger bed! I will stay her again.

l'hotel est magnifique mais le personnelle est desagreable vraiement on dirait qu ils veulent se battre avec les client. on peut meme pas leur demander quoique ce soit. il ne reponde pas au lobby, agressif etc... et j'en passe.

If you just need a place to sleep overnight in mid-town, this is it... searching on Orbitz etc. I always find a good price for the Broadway Classic room. Quiet, clean, plenty of hot water! Skip any bed smaller than the queen size... some of the smaller beds are like tiny day beds...

I had an excellent experience at the Paramount Hotel in NY. The staff was very quick and efficient and the rooms while small were very nice and very clean. I will stay here again.
