Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan Chelsea

Great location. Walk anywhere in Chelsea. Close to Penn Station, 7th Avenue Subway. Pricier than most hotels I stay at but worth a splurge.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and loved the location and friendly staff. But this time, they told us our room had been given out, even though we arrived prior to check in time, and we had to be moved to a different location. All of our plans had been made around being able to walk to our destinations (restaurants, shopping, union square) and we were placed in their SOHO location right near the holland tunnel! For this, we were not given anything but $35 toward the $55 parking fee! Poor customer service!

Staff was very nice and accomodating. Would recommend to anyone in the future ad plan on going back ourselves. They also have a bar that is open and fun all night!

Rooms are small, but nothing new for NY. Hotel is clean, staff is nice, and the location is not bad.

The hotel was clean but modest. The price through [...]made it affordable to stay in the heart of Manhattan.

Went to NYC on a 5 days leisure trip. The hotel location was great, well connected to the underground station and lots of restaurants and places to eat in the neighborhood. The hotel was ok, if it wasn't for the ventilation system fan, which was very noisy. Appreciated the tea/coffee facilities in room. Hotel staff was courteous.

We were in New York for one night to attend a Prince concert. The hotel was in walking distance from Madison Square Garden. People were nice. Room clean bed comfy. Only complaint bath tub was dirty we are not sure if it was because of the New York city water or someone forgot to clean it. Had to park a few blocks away. Don't forget to get your parking ticket stamped. Without it 24 hour parking is $52 with its $25.

We were in New York to celebrate the winter holidays. Since we had stayed at The Four Points before, we thought to stay there again. Nearby, we met with friends at El Quijote Restaurant and enjoyed the art galleries in Chelsea. What was especially nice this time at Four Points occurred when we were leaving and waiting to go to the airport. Our flight wasn't until 3:00 and we had no where to leave our bags for a few hours. We were told we could stay in our rooms for several more hours before checking out, rather than leaving our luggage in a storage room. I thought that was very nice of the hotel to allow us extra time there!

This is the second time I've stayed here and I love this hotel. My husband an I stayed just one night, but the last time I stayed I was here for four nights. Both times were wonderful!! The staff are helpful and friendly. It's cleanabd the beds are pretty comfy. The pillows aren't great, but I'm a little pillow picky. The area is perfect, especially if you like to walk. You can walk to times square, or downtown to Greenwich villiage. I really can't say enough great things about the hotel or the area!!!
