Affinia Manhattan

Hotel is nice and rooms are big. However the price is sometimes to high for a single night in a hotel room. My room had no kitchen. They also have no discounted parking and they charge $15.00 daily for internet.

This was our second time and it was better than i had remembered. Perfect location, right across from Madison Square Garden. Great hotel bar with great bartenders. Comfortable beds and pillows. Will definetly stay again next year!!

All of the concierge was very helpful, providing maps and instructions from where to eat to getting to specific locations. The night shift also had an awesome person at the front desk helping out with anything he could! There are lots of shops just down the way some and if its not enough, you've got penn station just off to the right when you first walk out. I was making my first trip to NYC with a friend and we managed to find a good deal with this hotel, it worked out great for us, hope the same for anyone else! {Happy New Year!}

Arrived around 8pm to an upgraded minisuite. Room very nicely decorated with plenty of space, which is unusual for New York. Niles restaurant which is attached to the hotel is also an added bonus as very good food for a reasonable price. You also get 20% discount on dinner prices. Staff very friendly and attentive. Would recommend and stay there again.

Small room, but clean. Great choice of pillows. Very noisy during week day due to construction at hotel. Good thing I did not want to take a siesta! No free internet, that's a real bummer. Centrally located to most everything, great location.

had to wait nearly 2 hours to check in to room after 12 hours of travelling, not a great start. Was find until the last night when the hotel cancelled our room keys and told us we had only paid for 4 nights instead of 5. (which was not true) were told our card would be debited the extra night at a higher rate and if it was sorted the card would be credited. Went out only to find they cancelled our room keys again. Asked the next day about it and were casually told "oh yeah its fine." Thanks for messing up our holiday Affinia. On a plus side though the restaurant in the hotel is fantastic.

The hotel was in a great location -- within easy walking distance to lots of great places in the city. Staff was friendly and room was small, but clean. Would definitely consider staying here again. Great location for the price.

Emplacement idéal face au madison square garden, le métro est à 5 minutes à pied, Times Square à 15/20 minutes à pied. Nombreux "déli" à proximité pour les pauses gourmandes. Les chambres sont décorées avec soin, nous avions une "queen deluxe" très spacieuse, hormis pour la salle de bain réduite à son minimum. Très bon rapport qualité/prix Aucun soucis pour nous, j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir !! ;-)) .

There were several issues during my stay at the Affinia Manhattan. The air conditioner in the bedroom was not working when I arrived. The staff fixed it. The wi-fi hook up worked very poorly and at $15 a day it was expensive for a lousy product. I asked for a late check out but they would not give it to me.

I have nothing but praise for the staff and management of the hotel we had a wonderful 4 nights in the hotel the staff were very helpful and polite the whole place was very clean and tidy and I would without hesitation recomend anybody to stay here. Oh and the meal we had in the resturant was the best we had all holiday!!
