Great stay while visiting college daughters!
I have stayed here & at other hotels near SUNY Albany. I left this time saying "I'm not even going to bother looking at other places to stay!" This hotel is conveniently located near campus, the room has everything you need-'fridg, m'wave , it is spotless & has a nice pool. On top of that, the staff is helpful & the breakfast is by far better than any of the other continental breakfasts. I definitely recommend it & will return.

the staff was very friendly and nice.... Hotel was nice and neat. Needs room service or restaurant for dinner though!

Safe hideaway in Albany
We were a little apprehensive about crime and vandalism in an unknown large city so were relieved to find the motel in a very safe and upscale neighbourhood. A "5 Guys" restaurant was a block away which was perfect for our group. Breakfast at the motel was much better than most, lots of choices and free. The motel was near where the 87 Northway begins or ends so this was very convenient for us. My only tiny quibble was that their was no exhaust fan in the bathroom so the mirror took a few minutes to defog after a shower. Motels at twice the price offer no more.

Very nice accommodations
This stay was for a visit with family in an Albany suburb and a meeting in downtown Albany. This motel was midway between the two and very convenient.

NAMA Recovery
Two weeks in Albany
I was in Albany for part two of a training. Week one I stated aton of the better rated hotels near the capittal. Second week at the Holiday Inn Express which was better in every way except no room service which they made up for a very complete complimentary breakfast. Not the usual you get what you pay for. I was really surprised andI will stay here my next trip to Albany.

Very pleased with the service and hotel
Attended a family function. Everything at the hotel was convenient, the service was excellent and would stay there again. Only problem I had was with the key to my door which would never open. Had to replace it four times but they accommodated me each time. Wonderful staff.

Business travel
Facility was very clean, everywhere. Room was comfortable, well laid out and you could not hear noise from other rooms. Bathroom was very large. Bed was uber-comfortable. Free breakfast buffet was awesome. Staff were cheerful and helpful.

We were there with our daughters cheer team to compete. Located minutes to University of Albany. Staff was outstanding, always ready to help.
