Cocca's Inn and Suites, Wolf Road

I will start by saying that the staff was very nice and hospitable. That being said, the hotel was undergoing major renovations that we were unaware of when we booked. Our room was one of the newly renovated rooms and was very nice. However, when we returned to our room around midnight, our air conditioner was not working - it was completely dead. We were going to open the window, but the hotel was located on a noisy highway - again, we didn't know about this either. We had a very uncomfortable sleep as it was very hot over the weekend.

Desk staff prefers to read, not happy to see you. That slight moldy odor dominates the experience. Bed comfortable; road noise.

Thanks for the misinformation on this hotel. 3-4 miles from downtown Albany...wrong. How about the entire hotel was under renovation, because of a water main problem. It was literally the dirtiest hotel I ever stayed in...the Febreeze could not cover that up. I can't say the the trip planner I used or they flag this message, but it begins with an O.

I ordered a King suite for 2 nights. The room was rather large but the bathroom was very tiny. The tub was about half size. The room was very shabby and the TV probably over 10 years old. The room was never serviced after the first day. At about 3 AM the police knocked on eseveral doors looking for participants in a fight. Apparently it was a regular occurance there. If you are just looking for a place to crash and party it's probably ok. If you are a couple or with a family there are so many other nicer places close by.

My overall experience at this hotel was okay. I feel as if the staff could have been friendlier but its definitely good for the price point it was offered at.

There are better hotels just down the road. Not a very clean place and breakfast was very lacking.

Easy check in. At the corner of of two main roads you can not make a left turn. The room was small but quiet and dark. When you need a place to sleep this is it. Breaskfast simple but filling and the place was clean.

Bathroom was the smallest that I have ever seen. Sitting on the toilet, my knees were literally two inches from the wall in front of me. The tub was no longer than 4 feet. The bed was only a foot or two from each wall. Corner room was next to an interstate entrance. Not particularily well-kept or maintained. Pay more and stay one of the big chains down the street

The front desk staff was very courteous. The hotel room was three star what I expected. I would recommend the hotel if you need a place to sleep as the value was good.

Hotel was clean and no-nonsense. The petiteroomwaslarge enough for a single person - the bed was comfortable and the hotel very clean. Continental breakfast was limited on selection, but what was served was tasty and fresh. Will stay here again.
