Harrah's Laughlin

This was one of my best vacations ever. Rooms were comfy and available before our initial check in.

I really likes this hotel. Great customer service. Our rooms were ready before initial check in, so that was a plus.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. Really like it because they let you reserve a river view room. Have stayed at other hotels in Laughlin that will not hold your river view reservations.

Booked this hotel because they offer a reserved river view room. I have had issues with other hotels in Laughlin not keeping your river view room reserved. Great price, great view, and would stay here again.

My wife and I had a great time at this hotel and being on the river. No complaints from us.

The hotel is very nice. Rooms were average, showing a little age. Staff was exceptional. Very friendly. Food at the Cafe was excellent. The only downside was the distance to the rest of the hotel/casinos. We could have used the river Taxi..but drove to the other hotel/casino's and then strolled the riverwalk.

Had a wonderful time at Harrah's. I really wasn't expecting how courteous the staff was there. The room was very comfortable and the service was great. Thanks to everyone for a wonderful time at Harrah's.

The hotel room itself was very comfortable and very and we enjoyed our stay there. The only complaint we would have was in the bathroom. There is no hand rail to get in and out of the bathtub for showering. Also the bathmat did not h ave a skid proof backing on it. But these are the only complaints we had. Thanks, Frances Erickson

Great value, parking a little confusing, otherwise very nice.

I asked for a non-smoking room and got one on the 4th floor in the North tower. It seemed OK at ch first, but when I came back to the room after dinner it was filled with cigeratte smoke. I called the front desk and was told someone would be up to spray it. My husband stayed - while I went to the Casino. After 2 hours I went back to the room to find the same problem and they had not sprayed. I went down to the front desk this time. They did not have any other rooms available but again said they would send someone to spray. The clerk said they had caught kids smoking in the hall and that must have been the cause. After another 2 hours in the Casino - I went back to the room. My husband said they had sprayed - it was slightly better - but still smoky. I called the front desk and they agreed to put me on the room change list for the next day. I spent a bad night trying to sleep in the smoke. In the morning we went to Oatman for the day. When I came back - the room again smelled like someone was smoking right in my room. I sent my husband to the front desk to get a different room. This time they wanted to move me into the South tower with a king bed instead of 2 full (I'm handicapped and we need 2 separate beds). I told them that I did not like that tower because you have to go through the smoky Casino to get to the room then the non-smoking Casino is on the other side of the hotel. They did not have any rooms left in the North tower. So I had to spend a second night sleeping in smoke. Not just a stinky room - it was literally like they were smoking in the same room. Then to top it off in the morning - I tried to have my husband pick up the buffet coupons since I'm handicapped and I really, truely was sick of the smoke - but they insisted that I personally go to the club card desk because the room was in my name. It was the final insult on a really horrible weekend getaway.
