Hotel stay was great :) The service at the Saltgrass steak house..HORRBILE! Waited 20 mins. to order drinks, food was cold and did not touch the salad because it was wrong from the start & our waitress NEVER CAME BACK TO OUR TABLE!!!!!!!

Terraceview??
When we booked the room we took "terraceview" to avoid the noise from the pool, as they weren't any cheaper we thought that a good idea. When we got there we've got a room directliy across the parkinggarage with no view at all and anybody could look inside the window. When we ask them about that we have been told, that that is what they call "terraceview"!!!! And we shouldn't book through a third party, then we would have known etc. Very unfriendly! The room itself was okay. What I found a bit strange was the foam in the fountain in the lobby, maybe they should change the water sometime... Later that night we needed to print something from the internet. They charged us $5 for 10 min at the internetterminal which was so slow that we only could open the email within 8 minutes before it broke down. Again when we ask the staff they weren't any help, they just told us to call the troubleshooting number next to the PC. After another 20 min we finally got our printout. After all I wouldn't stay there again. I liked the old style of the hotel, but we haven't felt welcome and aprecciated as guest at all.

very enjoyable
The people were excellent!! All of the staff friendly, helpful and excellent service on all levels and in every venue. The room was average and was not breathtaking but for the price it was acceptable. All other things especially the staff made the stay great and would go back again. Thanks

Love the entrance with all of the plants !!!!!!
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. About the rooms. Ours was good except for the tub water did not drain to well and the shower curtin was way to close to the wall. The bed was a bit to hard and the pillows were way to hard.

There was metal in our sink the last two mornings and the handle on shower control was rusted out and I almost cut my finger.

Great Place to Stay
We were greeted well. The stay was good. It would have been better if there was free coffee not pay for. There could havebeen a refrigerator in the room and a microwave. The food from the restaurants when over served could not be saved to be eaten later.

Always nice
We stay here about every three months and we always enjoy our stay. Staff is pleasant and the rooms are always nice

Comfortable Stay
Good for a one-niter driving thru. Easy access parking. Non smoking area. Good restaurant Harlow with morning $1.99 Four Deuces special. Slow drain in shower only drawback. Would recommend this hotel.
