The Avi also caters your meeting, banquet, wedding and reception or family reunion in a variety of venues seating from 25 to 900 persons. The kid's quest provides children an atmosphere of learning, playing and challenging their skills to grow up healthy and well adjusted. Guests at the RV Park have access to the pool, the fitness room, the beach and the boat launch and night time brings an excellent chance to take in a movie in the hotel's spacious theatre room.

checked out early
stayed here before and expected average accommodations, but this was awful. Our shower had black coarse hairs on the wall and the bathroom floor had long hairs under the sink where the maid clearly did not sweep/mop. The rooms are dated which I already knew, but ours had this stench that was a mix of cheap floral bathroom spray and an ashtray. Gross!! The food outlets are gross even the name brand chains and lets not mention the "happy" old lady at Subway, she's a ball of sweetness!

wonderful vacation
Loved all the inexpensive and tasty food. Great $ popcorn and drink. Good movies , inexpensive. $5.99 chicken meal with pie, terrific. Two for one buffets great. Free drinks, loose slots great. Larg e rooms, pool, spa all great.

Best Hotel Beach & Pool Around
Had a great stay, already booked again. The pool is fantastic, good buffet, and having boat launch & beach access is great.

Excellent value
We were just passing through Laughlin on the way to the Grand Canyon. We had a nice room with an exceptionally good full buffet breakfast for a ridiculously low price. Avi is kinda inconvenient if you want to be making trips into Laughlin, but it was perfect for us.

My Review
When I initially booked my room online it indicated I would get a room with a view of the river. When I arrived at the check-in desk of the Hotl, I was told the room was not available.

In Hotel
Make sure you eat dinner early because they close their hotel restaurants early. After that you are stuck with only sub-standard fast food.

Great weekend!
Very busy weekend for the 30th River Run Bike Rally, the staff did a great job for how busy everything was. I was even upgraded to a suite for the weekend. Thanks i will return again!

Desk clerk when checking in.
When I tried to check in the clerk tried to tell me they only could put me in a smoking room. I presented a my confirmation showing that I had a non smoking room over looking the river. I was told they did not have one. I explained that the room had been paid for two weeks ago and they I should have been notified then not @ check in. I let them know I will call the company that reserved this room and let them know. The lady went to her supervisor and came back to tell me that my room will be ready in an hour. So I took my bags back to the car and returned in one hour. I believe that they wanted to hold those rooms for a higher rate paying customer due to the major event that weekend.
