Treasure Island-TI

The hotel itself was pretty average. Nothing overly exciting for Vegas. Location was at the end of the strip so there was a fair bit of walking to get anywhere, or a good chunk of change for a cab. There is a $25 per day resort fee, non-negotiable. The pirate show was cheesy and lame. Casino is very scattered. Great pool area. Good pizza restaurant.

My Stay was great it was my first time that i stayed at Treasure Island. The rooms were nice and clean, staff was very nice and when out of there way to help.

This was a Las Vegas "Treasure" for years and now it seems to be run by a group of money grubbing buccaneers. There is a $25/day "resort" fee to cover the internet and the fitness room - whether you use either or not it is a surprise feature at check in. Do not try to get e mails on the main floor from your smart phone because they have blocked this. There are very few places to eat in TI. In the morning there is a "cafe" where there is a constant lineup and 15 minute or more wait in line. This with no more than 50% of the tables occupied. The staff seem to be working on some sort of union "work to rule". If you want breakfast go outside and look for Denny's. Like many other things about Las Vegas it appears that the customer is of little consequence. The taxi ride from the airport to TI was $35 because the taxis to save "their time" revert to taking the RT15 freeway around the Las Vegas strip which costs you more money. Except for The Wynn, Caesars, Trump and Venice and a handful of other 5 star hotels this town is tired, shabby and developing a very bad attitude toward the customer.

We foynd that the amenities need updating. The staff at the reception desk and bell desk are angry and impatient as though it a bother when we asked for informatio,especially the Grand Canyon.

Rooms need to be renovated. New hotels around the area that have better room.

Have stayed there 4 times over the years, the location is great, staff is great, kahunaville has the best breakfast...for 7.99 you get eggs, toast, potatoes that are amazing and your choice of bacon, sausage or ham..it is not greasy which is good when your hungover and the portion is large for the price. The hotel is easy to get around with out feeling overwhelmed when it comes time to find your room after a long night out on the town and the helpful staff is there when you need them. Would recommend this place over any of the others. The prices for the rooms are very reasonable for a hotel on the strip!! Any one who stays there must see MYSTERE, best show in Vegas.

After a very stressful flight with Delta, the staff here went out of their way to make us welcome. The entire hotel was very clean and well maintained. Our rooms were spotless, beds were very comfortable. We had very quiet nights, no noise from other rooms which is very important to us. The pool was large and not crowded, but it was cooler when we were there. There was a good variety of restaurants and centrally located on the strip. Will definitely stay there again.

TI's mandatory "Resort Package", costing $28 a night, is worth about $25 a stay. Buffet ticket for a 2 for 1 price meal was only good for one meal, and has NO value if you are a single guest, also includes wifi, worthless if you do not have a laptop, etc. Their estimated value of $100 a day is a joke. I stayed four nights ( 4 * $28 = extra $112), and got a free printing of boarding pass ( est $5, but usually free), and managed to find someone to split the one buffet ticket.

The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was a nice central location. I would stay there again!

The most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel....great view (25th floor).
