Great place and friendly staff. I was moved to the tower room after the first nigh due to a noisy bathroom fan and truly enjoyed it. I stay there again. The staff take care of you.

Not to bad. Things are very handy and easy to get to.

Staff was rude, they charged me for a service never provided, I would have to call again and again to get any service. Room was clean, but beds were uncomfortable. A lot further from the strip then they would like you to think.

Insufficient amount of staff make check in time drastically slow. Housekeepers are very honest. Ac didn't work in room. Overall stay was great because of price (:

Friendly knowledgeable staff, no check in lines, convenient self parking, clean comfortable room, great water pressure and quick delicious room service. 3 days of R&R that we really needed.

The deal that I bought was for 59% off. My total came to around $100, meaning i bought a room at a value of $200 in the courtyard, so I expected the room to be quite nice. When I went to check in, I became friendly with the lady at the desk and she explained to me that the rooms are very old, small, motel 6 style. Luckily, she upgraded me to the suite and was extremely accomodating. The service was great, and the room was big, just very old. The next morning, security was going around making house calls that woke us up, then opened up the door on me and my boyfriend at 8 in the morning! checkout isnt until 12, so that really up set. It definitely got us out of the room quickly

My only objection to the room was no coffee maker and no refrigerator. I know they want you out of your room and into the casino and restraunts but I very much missed my morning coffee while getting ready (they charge you $7.00 for room service coffee) and having cold water available at all times. Vegas tap water is not cold or refreshing. It gets hot there.

Our stay at the Casino was pleasant. The staff was very helpful, we used Valet and Bell services and were impressed with their promptness. Our room was nice and clean, the only problem we had was finding it in the maze of rooms in the courtyard area. After we went to and from the room a few time we were finally certain of our path. The buffet and cafe were excellent. Great food and Great Service. Not to mention the price. There were some fees that I was not prepared for "immenity fees" almost $15 dollars a day. That is a lot when you stay more than one day.

I was scared after reading the negative reviews, but the hotel was quite comfortable and the staff was very pleasant. It's off the Strip, but that was an advantage to me. I stayed in the "motel" low-rise, not the "tower." The rooms border either the freeway or the hotel's delivery area, so it's not the right location for light sleepers. But I didn't have any trouble, and would stay there again.
