Extended Stay Deluxe Las Vegas - East Flamingo

This property is badly in need of maintenance and updating: 1) upon arrival, our requested non-smoking rooms could not be offered, so we had to stay in the smoking floor. 2) the carpeting in the hallways is filthy, smells of smoke and needs replacement immediately 3) the refrigerator in my room was missing parts 4) shampoo was made available only upon special request at the front counter Overall, this property is not consistent with the branding that Extended Stay is usually associated with

Nice, neat, Room clean, and comfortable. Staff nice, friendly.

Hotel is at good location surrounded by budget restaurant, good public transportation. Rooms are not clean, all furniture and carpets are covered with stains. Smells pot on the hallway. They never cleaned the carpet both in hallway and rooms, they are black and sticky.

We had a decent experience. Room could have been much cleaner. The couch and the bed were extremely uncomfortable. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable. Kitchen was poorly stocked. Good internet service and good breakfast included, although it would be nice to offer juice rather than just hot beverages. We would not choose this place to stay again.

This place was very clean.. the location may have not been the best but I really liked how courtious the staff was so it made up for it...

bad stay unclean place

The room is too small and if you don't clean the dining table thoroughly after you eat, you'll find tiny little creatures - with size smaller than ants, crawling all over it. We had to buy a bug-killer spray to get rid of them. The facilities are old but everything is functioning well; and the front desk staff are very nice and helpful. The good part is that you can cook there which is very convenient for families with young kids.

hotel is fine to just get away......sleep in.....

I had arrived around midnight on a Tuesday morning. As a security precaution they lock the doors to enter the hotel. So I called the office to inform them I was here and to let me in, I had to wait 20 minutes before I could get a hold of anyone. The Personal at the front apologized said the phone was not working correctly. I then proceeded to get at my luggage out of my car. Warning if you have a bad back go to a different hotel because no one helps you with your luggage you are on your own. The person at the front desk gave me two room keys and said if they did not work then just bring them back and they'll give me new ones. I guess she knew it would happen because I was back and forth 4 times because they would not work, which was very inconvenient for me, being on the top floor and the room farthest away from the front desk. Upon arriving in my room it was a standard hotel until I sat on the bed, again If you have a bad back, do not stay at this hotel. The absolute worst bed i have ever slept on. It was horrible It would have been better if I had slept on the floor. Unfortunately, I was concerned with how unsanitary that might be. They supply you with a fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher, 2 top burners, 2 of each of the necessities (fork,spoon,knife,plate,bowl,coffee cup, regular cup) and one can opener and one pot. if you plan on cooking on the burners bring you own ladles, spatulas, etc. Because they do not provide those. They provide room service and it is very affordable, nothing over priced at all. I cannot tell you whether or not the food is good though, I did not order it. They give you internet for 4.99 for your entire stay, but I noticed that there are 4-5 other wireless networks that your computer can pick up on with the same amount of signal strength. So If your up for it, check to see if you can use those first before paying the 4.99 fee. One other plus is the windows do open up when you want some fresh air, and the room is reasonably sized. They provide breakfast in the morning, but its only from 6-830(who is up that early? other hotels Ive been to serve until 10 and even 11 am!!) And its nothing fancy; bagels, donuts, coffee, tea and fruit are what they provide. So that is pretty much it, not a very horrible experience, but nothing special. Unfortunately, I will not be staying there again.

The hotel was nice. We really liked that the rooms came with a kitchen and even a sofa bed. It was the perfect size and the perfect price. The pictures are exactly what the room looks like. We actually ended up paying about $20 less than what we had reserved it for so that was a plus. It was a little farther from the strip than I thought, the map shows it ALOT closer but that was ok since we were driving anyway. We would stay there again!
