Circus Circus Las Vegas

it's a huge old place and it's on the other side of the main Las Vegas strip so you can't just walk out and and see all the other buildings and shows by foot. you will need a bike or a taxi or a rental car. the staff didn't clean my room or make my bed or take out the trash once and i was there for five days. it takes a few days to really figure out the layout because things are spaced funny (parking garage vs. two different tower elevators, etc.). the buffet was average, but the customer service was good. there were friendly and knowledgeable people providing discounted show tickets and there was a quick gaming class mon-fri at 1030am. very family friendly place (if you don't mind kids smelling smoke) and very affordable, esp. compared to other big name hotels.

hotel location near highway exit, and easy to be found. quick check-in and big beds make my stay very comfortable!

Circus Circus was ok and the food was just average. Nothing really to want to go back to.

Room was ok..but just that. I booked a package including hotel and flight. However, I was not prepared for having neither a refrigerator nor a coffeemaker in the room (how do you have a hotel in a hot weather climate without a fridge?). Housekeeping forgot to make up the room the second night, resulting in having to call them upon my return at 10:30 p.m. and wait for them to provide towels etc. before I could go to sleep. Although signs and online websites boasted of remodeled rooms, mine was in a wing with old bedding, etc. It was an interesting hotel re: their in-house circus acts, would be good for children (if they do not require snacks, fruit, or need cool drinks in the room! ). Ah, then there is the "resort fee", about 8. per night. Only in my travels did I discover that one may not have to pay it at all.. they do not tell you this upon check in.

It was ok room looked different online but had fun over all staff was great bellman was very nice buffet was good

we finished up a week long vacation at this hotel. we upgraded to the newer casino tower rooms which were very clean and nice definitely worth the few bucks additional it cost to upgrade.

We were here for one day, very happy with room, clean, comfortable, quite, just what we needed when we wanted to rest, and price good, only thing a little far from main hotels, but vegas is walking alot anyway so it was perfect.

I was in LV for a very short business trip. I picked Circus Circus for its proximity to my meeting. The hotel itself is fine, but is definitely showing its age. Location is a bit off the main strip so if you are looking for a convenient location, I would choose something closer to the action. Amenities were okay but many of rides and video games in the Adventure Dome were out of order. Rooms were clean and staff are professional.
