For his newest concept, James Beard award-winner Chef Michael Mina will draw inspiration from the bounty of American lakes, rivers and coasts to create a menu featuring refined American cuisine. Many products will be purchased directly from fishermen, farmers and ranchers allowing diners to enjoy unique regional dishes. The menu also will feature a wide array of well-sourced meats. Chris Sheffield of SLDesign, LLC, in collaboration with Mina, designed a room that resembles a traditional lodge, with masculine touches such as warm woods and leather accents.

- Spanish, Fine Dining. The internationally acclaimed chef's eponymous restaurant will feature a casual atmosphere with menus at different price points. The expansive seafood bar will highlight fresh shellfish and ceviches, while the dining room and lounge will serve tapas and other dishes from Serrano's native Spain.
- Jean-Georges Steakhouse
- Steakhouse, Fine Dining. At ARIA, Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten will eschew tradition by melding beloved steakhouse touches with a decidedly contemporary experience. The menu will highlight the best ingredients and preparations, paying particular attention to an innovative array of side dishes and sauces. Designed by Dupoux Design, the restaurant's high-octane lounge and extensive bar program will focus on classic cocktails.

- Italian, Fine Dining. Chef Sirio Maccioni will introduce a menu of Italian favorites such as Veal Milanese, Osso Buco and authentic pasta dishes. Designed by longtime Maccioni collaborator Adam Tihany, Sirio will channel old time Italy with its fantastical, Fellini-esque dcor.

The hotel was totally gorgeous and fabulous. We stayed for 10 nights. We were on the 28th floor which sounds high but the lifts are supersonic fast. Service and staff were great, very friendly and helped as much as they could with any query, including booking places to eat and the best form of transport. Unfortunately the food hall was shut for refurb so we weren't able to eat there. My biggest gripe has to be the fact that there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and for a 5* I expected this, every morning we had to go downstairs and queue in a massive line for a cuppa!! The rooms were big, with a luxury feel to them, cleaned daily and on request. Please note that when looking at items in the fridge without your glasses on, taking them out to read what they are, you will be charged a silly amount! Lucky enough I explained what had happened, the staff were great and I was not charged a penny! I would suggest a whats in/on in this hotel pack, which includes what the casino has to offer, we didn't find out until the last day that free gambling lessons were available. I would have no hesitation in going back to the Aria, I have been to many places and Vegas before but this was the best holiday I had ever had!

There are free trams between many of the hotels but they are mainly located at the back. You can pretty much travel up and down the strip without having to walk too far!

College fun
Clean and new
I just went to Vegas for a couple days with my friends. It was super fun, the Aria was right on the strip and very nice and clean. It's a little pricey, but I am also a college student, so most things are pricey.

Reasonable Luxury
This is a great hotel in a good location within walking distance to almost everything. The stores are more expensive than other hotels but because of the location you can just cross the street to buy stuff ie. Walgreens etc.

Very nice
High end hotel. Beautiful clean room. Gorgeous bathroom. Master electronic controls more annoying than helpful. Really expensive. Overall very nice.

Very modern very comfortable
Great week in the Aria, most comfortable bed ever, great bathroom too. Food and drink are quite pricey but its the same all over the strip and the quality is good.
