BEST WESTERN PLUS Driftwood Inn

When you plan on attending this Hotel do not expect much for breakfast. You will find little to no fruit, little to no customer service when it comes to this. Most food items will be gone, and you will wonder why they even offer a breakfast at all! However, if you want an OK shower and place to sleep it isn't bad.

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed and very convenient location for downtown and airport.

we were there a short and sweet stay, the room was really comfortable and tidy, the staff was nice aswell.

The room was modeled with a new bathroom with nice tile and fixtures. Everything was clean and neat. The room was upstairs and quiet, and I couldn't tell I had any neighbors. The river and waterfall across the street was very nice. I enjoyed sitting on a bench on the upstairs balcony to see the view. I would return again.

We stopped at this hotel because it was convenient to the airport and we had to catch a morning flight. The hotel was quiet, the room was clean, and the breakfast was ready and waiting when we dashed in for something to eat before scrambling to catch our plane. The Driftwood was what we needed.

this motel was absolutely spotless. the lobby where they gave you a fantastic breakfast was also spotless. the location is really good, easy to get to and the "inner courtyard" where i parked the car safely made me able NOT to unpack the car (which had a lot of stuff in it).

while traveling through. i requested that no phone calls be put to my room, because those that needed to contact me were able to do so through my cell phone. Front desk insisted on putting through several calls and giving me an excuse that they were hoping i did not answer the phone!

This is an excellent, pet friendly hotel, right on the Snake River. There is a river edge park that is great for a quiet stroll with your dog. Good free breakfast; including waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy. We always stay here when travelling thru Idaho Falls.
