Not so good this time
I stay at this hotel when in Orlando because it is pet friendly. I booked here previously and was very satisfied. However this time I was not satisfied because there was no hot water in my room for 3 days. There is a lot of construction on the property which is very unappealing. The sliding glass door leading to the outdoor patio was practically frozen.. Had to use lots of force to pry it open. At check in , the receptionist lied to me regarding the need for a parking pass. She directed me to a table where people were obviously selling tickets to the various amusement parks in the area. After standing in line for a while waiting for a parking pass, she finally told me that I could come back later for the pass, assuring me that my car would not be ticketed. No free wifi.

Memorial Weekend Vaca
Memorial Weekend Getaway
The Hotel was under construction. The restaurant was closed but the Pool side Bar & Grill was available. We had hamburgers, pizza and breakfast. The food was good. The Staff was courteous and helpful. The location was great for park hopping from Disney to Universal.

Business trip
Recently remodeled hotel room. The room was clean and the space was adequate. You can have a conversation with the room upstairs through the vents in the bathroom, but the room itself was quiet. I looked at the pool which was clean and well kept. The breakfast buffet was good although a bit pricey. The beds were fantastic and for me this is really all that I need so if the price stayed the same I'd likely stay here again.

Downtown Orlando is worth exploring. I took some of my colleagues to Lakeside 310 which was a nice respite from the over commercialization of the convention center

Your room makes the difference
We had a beautiful refurbished room that had a patio that pointed towards the beautifully landscaped courtyard. For others that may have had views of the construction, I am sure their experience may not have been as pleasant. Great staff and cannot wait to visit as their refreshing continues!

Very Relaxing
I enjoyed my visit although I came during major renovation. My room was new and nice, staff was nice overall I wish there had been another dining option.
