Blue Moon Hotel, Autograph Collection®

Blue Moon hotel is very nice! Location is the key: 2 blocks from the MAIN beach of Miami; 4 blocks from main streets Lincoln rd and Espaniolla way. The room is clean, everything is new. The bed is comfortable! The stuff helped us with everything we needed! Our friends stayed for a day with us: so they saw 5 people coming in to our room and didnt say anything (they could've charge us extra, but they didnt). I will come back!

My gf and decided to stay at this hotel this year and we made right decision. Great location (being located 1 block away from a 24-hour rush street makes your sleep and staying quiet), great staff always ready to help you, new appliances and all you need from your trip to South Beach is there. I will go there next time for sure, don't wanna try any other places. And... the price is right!

As with many hotels on or near South Beach, the room wasn't big, but it was clean and comfortable. They were renovating the hotel while we were there, so not all of the amenities were available but it will be a cool place to stay when renovations are finished. Staff was friendly and it was within walking distance to the beach, and all of the bars and restaurants in the area.

The hotel was GREAT! There was minor construction going on but our room was newly renovated and comfy! Location was a block away from beach and less than 5min-10min from different attractions. This will be the hotel that i wouldnt mind staying at during my trips to SOBE. Dash and Love&Hate tattoo shop (as seen on Miami INk) all were on washington blvd which was the next street over from collins. I loved the walking and people watching :-)

I had a few problems with my room initially- they put me in a new room without hesitation. Valet parking was easy. Breakfast was sufficient to get the day going. On check out day, the roads were blocked for a marathon. A staff member went over and beyond in getting me to my car so that I could get to the airport in time for my flight home. The mark of a good hotel is not the problems they have, but instead how they respond to them. I would stay here again.

The location of the hotel was perfect - right in the middle of the beach action, but still very quiet for sleeping. The unit had been newly renovated and it had been done well and tastefully, making the most of the room size. Some areas of the hotel were still under renovation eg pool, but this did not impact on our stay at all. The staff were very helpful and valet pickup was quick. Given that it was the first weekend of Spring Break and the whole of the beach precinct was packed, we got very good value for the price paid. Would definitely go back.

Undergoing refit. Website offered free airport shuttle - $ 84 value. Not available - no refund !! Should not get away with it. Drinks etc. very expensive but the area is too.

The location couldn't be better. The staff is welcoming, attentive, polite, and friendly. The room was well-appointed and immaculate. Breakfast is served in a pleasant room with an outside patio option and water snacks and coffee are available all day. Parking is valet and off-site, but fairly reasonable. We would definitely stay here again!
