The Club at Brickell Bay by Executive Corporate Rental

First the hotel is where construction deters cabs being accesible. The condo I rented needed a complete cleaning. The refrigerator had not been cleaned. Only one bath towel was in the place. Furniture was uncomfortable, bed was too low. Sofa had a sheet to cover a ripped up futon. Staff was unfriendly and very distant. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Friend or Enemy. It look like a place where someone just got out of prison would flop at.

Good location but being in the downtown area, you would expect it to have wifi at least. But no, you had to be wired. No coffee maker or complimentary coffee. Poor attitude from concierge. Not very welcoming. But it is clean, nice space, convenient enough.

The place was not clean and there where bugs in the bathroom and kitchen.

Check took about 3 hours because the guy at the desk was supposedly in a room. when we got in the room there was one bath towel, no hand towels, and a 1/4 roll of toilet paper. we went downstairs to ask for a towel and toilet paper and Mr. A was closing up so he told us to call in the morning, when he did not answer and his voicemail was full. two of us stayed 3 days with one towel and had to go buy toilet paper ourselves. if you just need a nasty bed to lay in, this place is great, if you expect anything more than that stay somewhere else, i'm sure it's worth the extra money.

The staff here were wonderful and courteous. The place is located close to great nightlife, and is quiet because its in the banking district. We came in for a night before a cruise, and it was great. The room we had was basic. It had a Good price, too.

Stayed here for a quick weekend work event, Bare neccesities in a good location and convient to food and transpo.

This was not a bad experience because I knew not to expect hotel services but there was only one bath towel & one hand towel in the room. No washcloth and there were two of us. One tiny piece of soap. There was nothing we could do the night we got there because the office wasn't open but the next day I asked for more towels and they never came. The unit was not perfect. There was a kitchenette but no coffee maker. Very sparse with mismatched items. Nice area with restaurants within walking distance.

Check in was on time at 3pm so if you want an early check in its not possible. Mr. A who checks you in needs customer service orientation ( he does not smile very strick, flat affect). Parking was $20/ night. We parked on the 7th floor which takes you 5 -7 minutes to get down to the main street. Unless your speeding on the parking lot. During check in ask for extra toilet paper , extra towels because you might not get a hold of them anymore. Our blinds were broken, the dish washer had old water pooling inside ewwww (yuuuuck) we were not able to use it, the remote control did not work. We told them about it 3 times but we already checked out and all but still, none was fixed. If you need anything You have to catch them 10 am to 5pm (which we never do because that time we are out and arrive late.). If you want to ask a simple question from people in the front desk(actually security personel) , there is no phone inside the room so you have to go down the elevator and ask your question. Lastly, You throw your own trash in the back alley. What I like is the spacious room. Full Kitchen. And they have washer and dryer.

This hotel is a total waste of money!!! The rooms were nasty. Dirty yellow walls markings, dusty floors, cleaning supplies were left in the closet, no amenities at all, and they charge 20 buck to park 1 night!!! I left my car parked in front of the lobby while i checked in and was able to get access card for parking. I come outside to the front and the hotel put a warning sticker to tow my car!! Where do they expect customers to park while they check in and get the parking access card....on the "no parking" street???? Horrible horrible experience wish I had went with my first choice at Hyatt instead!

Nice room, no service in the rooms but very confortable. Expensive parking
