La ubicacion es lo mejor del hotel, ya que esta cerca del aeropuerto, del Dolphin Mall, bancos, restaurantes, y todas las comodidades para el que no quiera recorrer largas distancias, todo esta por la zona, pero no esperen conseguir habitaciones de lujo, son comodas y aceptables, pero por la comodidad de la ubicacion es bastante aceptable, los desayunos son standar y muy basicos, pero suficientes para arrancar el dia

i bought the cheapest available hotel, got no complaints

The title of this hotel has airpot but to get there you have to take 2 different highways and travel another 0 mintutes down 107 which is a bust city strret. In traffic it is 30 minutes. It cost me 37.00 for a CAB. The name and the map made it looks closer. Do more research.

Do your research this hotel is a 35 dollar cab ride away from the airport

The location of the hotel was great for us. Easy for shopping, eating etc. The hotel was generally what we expected based on its 3 star rating. The staff were also nice and very accomodating. I have two problems to report however. I booked a non smoking room. When I got to check in the attendant offered an upgrade from a room with a two twin beds to a king size bed. When we got to the room we realised that it smelled of smoke, everything in the room smelled of smoke including the bed linen. We endured it for the night and the next day we asked to be relocated but was told the hotel was fully booked. Me and my wife were forced to endured that smell for the next for nights. That truly ruined our experience. We also had two cockroaches in our room. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. I maybe back again....who knows.

Driving up I was pleased with the neighborhood and the appearance of the hotel. Once inside I was greeted courteously and assisted great by the front desk staff. I was 15 minutes early, but they didn't say anything. I found my room to generally look great. One drawback was the old tube TV that had a very poor picture. I planned on ordering the Royal Rumble, but when I saw the TV I cut my trip short so I could get home to my TV. I found a few pieces of paper trash under the end tables that was missed by the cleaning crew. There was one long head hair in the corner of the bathroom behind the door also. One major issue I ran into was the cleaning staff was still working and clearing out while it was check in time. At other hotels they make sure to be long gone before guest check in time. I admit to getting there 15 minutes early, but these interactions occurred well after 3pm. I had to take the stairs because two staff with large carts were waiting for the elevator. It doesn't bother me to take the stairs, I just wanted it to be known. Once I was in the stairwell I did have a HUGE problem though. It stunk of cigarette smoke. As I got to the first floor of the stairwell I observed two staff members standing with the door open, on their phones and smoking cigarettes. I find this completely unacceptable. This was the east stairwell. I'll probably never be in Miami again, but if I was I would try another hotel.

The hotel price was great and the facilities, comp internet, shuttle to airport, comp breakfast, nice staff we have no complaints about. But the hotel was filthy, filthy filthy. The carpets I bet have never been cleaned since the hotel was built. Carpet cleaning is no big deal so why would the owners overlook this. We walked around in our socks which we threw away at the end of our stay, and our shoes we dare not take them off. The tiles in the bathroom were the same and the 'white' towels were a dull grey. We bought a towel and used that for our entire stay. There is so much going for this hotel but not if it is dirty, no repeat customers. Part of the second floor is given over to smokers but we had to ask to be moved as the smoke permeated the whole floor. Will not be back although all the facilies other than the dirt were great.....

Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich und der allgemeine zustand vom Hotel war sehr schlecht. Am besten war das Frühstück ansonsten ist das Hotel nicht weiter zuendpfehlen.
