Better Places to stay
It was the right place for convenience but not worth the price. Loud pool noise till 1030. Room reeked of chlorine. Loud TV from next room. Had better stays at $30 motels. Will not stay their again.

Enjoyed our stay
We were in to tour the Air Force Academy as a possible college choice for my daughter. It was a perfect location to get to all the things we wanted to see (Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods and the Academy). The waitress we had at the resturaunt in the hotel was darling and informative. The evening desk staff needs to be more knowlegable of the quality of the resturaunts nearby and where they are. We also would have liked a refrigerator in our room. We enjoyed the indoor pool and spa. It was relaxing after a day of sight seeing! Thank you Crowne Plaza for a marvelous stay :)

This hotel is confusing and has poor customer services.
This hotel is a maze and the map they give is the first floor only and tell you to go to the bottom floor room number. My college got lost going to his room. The breakfast is very poor and could use someone who knows how to cook. The beds are the only good thing about this hotel. When checking we complained about a few things and the receptionist got an attitude and said I don't do that!

nice hotel
Nice hotel, good location, very friendly staff, very clean. Will stay again next time in Colorado Springs. Only about 15 to 20 minutes to airport. Located off main highways. Close to many stores and restaurants.

You Get what you pay.
We stayed with my wife for four days at this hotel. The location is not optimal, next to the highway and a gas station. Besides that, the hotel is ok..... I [...] got a good deal, otherwise the fee is higher and the hotel is not worth it..... We did no stay at the hotel during day time, just needed a bed to sleep at night and breakfast in the morning. Internet is not complementary, only if you go to the lobby. Overall, I think this place is overpliced.

Crowne Plaza Hotel COLORADO SPRINGS
Although half of the meal was paid by the waiter, the steak I had was rare when i asked for medium well, and my boyfriend's pork medallions were not cooked all the way. Still rare. Breakfast was cold at the buffet, and not much selection. On our day of check out, we couldn't find anyone to check us out, we ended up paying extra for our cab because of this delay. Over expierence was average at best, reminded me more of a Days inn or Best Western than an ellegant Hotel.

Don't bother getting room service, there is a gas station across the street that has better food, and if you walk to the Denny's it is the best food in the area and you save money.

in the toilet
The Crown Plaza was a horrible experience. First of all the remote control thermostat was not working in the room. When we arrived Christmas night their was no one their to fix it. It was 6 degrees outside. Then the second night was worse, the water valve in the toilet broke and we were unable to use the bathroom. Overall a very poor experience
