What I liked -
1 mile from Ontario Airport so my too early flight home was simple for my early brain. I dropped off my rental car the night before and the hotel picked me up within 10 minutes of my call...and took me to the airport at 4:30AM the next day...immediately upon my request for the shuttle. The room clean, the sheets and cover were soft and gave me a good sleep. The noise of a partying duo of young women next door was the only irritiation re noise. I would stay here again. I did not eat in the hotel so I can't give feedback.

Thre room was great, it was very clean and comfortable. I was able to relax and get some rest. It would have been nice to have had a dvd player. I took the liberty take some dvds but could not watch them. This would have to be the second best hotel I've been to.

management really good, had set aside a sweater we had left in the room, in anticipating our return.
OK breakfast, even the waffle maker worked well...

Nice Hotel; Much better than expected

I really wasn't expecting much from this hotel. We were there for business. We checked in late so all we really needed was place to sleep and get some work done. It turned out to be just what we needed. The room was nice and clean. Looks like it had been recently remodeled. This pics on the site are definitely outdated pics, because it was much nicer than expected. I really hate those generic floral cheap bed spreads that most inexpensive hotels have, but this hotel looked like they just updated their bed linens.
My boyfriend needed to get some work done on the computer for the next day so it was nice that the desk and task chair were in a separate adjacent room from the bedroom and tv. I didn't have to worry about disturbing him. About 2am in the morning we made short drive (about 8 mins) to the nearest Fedex office to print our work. It wasn't a far drive at all, just go North down Vineyard, right on foothill on the corner of foothill and haven. When we got back, we finally got some nice sleep. This hotel is great for business travelers. Very close to the airport.

as i was checking in young woman was on phone she look at me and continued .then when i check in she stated that it a fifty dollar extra charge for incidentals but the proble ii had was that my credit card wouldent be charged back for three days . so i suggested cash and got attitude . she did allow me to post cash but stated that she was gonna mark my name for reason or another that i didn"t really understand .so the next time i stay i would have to use credit card i did tell her i would not stay again so it didn't matter i will not use a card if it won"t get charged back in a timely fashion

We have stayed at the La Quinta in this location three times now and are never disappointed with the room. It is always very clean and the amenities provided are thorough for the price. Our only question concerns the request for an upper floor room. On each occasion we have asked for "upper floor" (the hotel has eight floors) and we are placed on the 2nd floor:) In the grand scheme of things it is not a problem. But just be aware that room location requests might not be honored.
A very good experience though, no doubts! We will definitely stay there again.

A few glitches

The biggest glitch was the keycard that malfunctioned. They would reset it & than almost immediately it would stop giving me entrance to the wing and my room. Eventually another person at the front desk replaced the keycard, which then worked fine the rest of my stay.
The breakfast was okay but a bit pricey--I did tip the wait staff $2 for the $15 breakfast. You could have infinite juice and coffee. I found the eggs (always scrambled) a bit dry when I got them. There was always good fresh fruit in the buffet. The sweet rolls were blah, the bagels ordinary, but the English muffins were fine.

The outside pool was not useful due to the cool weather during our visit. It would be nice guest could be provided a variety of breakfast choice to choose from. Generally the hotel was very good, and the staff were alway very nice and willing to help quest.

I brought my 87 year old mother down for a granddaughter's wedding, but made an assumption about elevators, which they do not have. My brother was also down for the wedding and asked about handicapped accomodations. The Ayres staff not only changed the room to an easy access handicap room, but did so without a hiccup. The free continental breakfasts were made to order and delicious

Beautiful lobby, very helpful staff. The complimentary breakfast was quite nice, eggs, bacon, pancakes served fresh and hot. The pool area was small but nice and the hot tub was very warm which was nice because it was a little cool outside but we stayed warm.

This hotel was beautiful, spacious suites, lovely terrace and the value was excellent. Even the breakfast, which was included, was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Claremont/Ontario area.

Amazing hotel with even better price

We were wanting to get away and celebrate Valentines day early this year so we decided to try to find a hotel close to the Ontario Mills mall. When we first saw the prices for the hotel we weren't going to stay there. After finding out that it would be cheaper to book it on this website, we jumped at the opportunity, and I am thankful that we did! The Hotel is walking distance from the mall and it has a lot of restaurants and fast food places close by as well. We got a King Suite, and the room was just HUGE! It felt like we were in a studio apartment. The amenities were of course coffee (didn't get a chance to taste it), microwave, mini fridge, flat screen tv, desk, couch and also a coffee table. The staff was great, we booked the hotel only hours before we went and we had no problems at all. We just gave them my last name and they looked at the credit card we used and I.D., gave us our keys and we were set. The complimentary breakfast was the best part. There is an I-hop right across the street but it really didn't matter because we had more than enough to eat. Not those typical, just bagels and cereal, but an actual made to order eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, fresh fruit, toast, cereal and just so much more to name. You could even cook your own waffles. The only reason I gave the hotel 4 stars instead of 5 was that we couldn't close our curtains so the sun was directly in our faces when we woke up. Also the covers for our bed had an old, small blood stain on it, that kind of scared me out a bit, but other than that the room was immaculate! I also loved their alarm clock, that had a dock so you could place in your I-pod and used your own music to wake you up. My I -pod touch fit perfectly in it. I am definitely coming back and HIGHLY recommend anyone who is coming from Ontario International Airport to use the Ayres shuttle to take them to stay at this hotel

I just graduated from the University of Phoenix, the ceremony was at the Citizens Bank Arena. With in a mile of the hotel. The price was right, the staff was excellent, and the breakfast was better than any continental meal I have ever had. They served real meat on both days and had a newspaper for me each day. Greag hotel and value near airport. Clean hotel and very friendly staff. The plug in the tub did not work but that was our only issue.

The room setup made it feel larger than an average room. The closet was tiny however. The in-room wet bar was a nice touch. Ice machines were only on the third and fifth floors. The 24 hour meal service was convenient and the cookies were delicious. The lobby bar was beer and wine only. It is located next to the Mall and many restaurants and stores. The parking lot got full early so we had to park across the road in the mall parking which was actually closer to the front entrance than some of the hotel parking spaces.

Close to the airport but on the same property as the Ontario Mills Mall (which is either good or bad depending on your needs). Room was clean and comfortable and service was friendly and efficient. Very limited food items at the hotel but endless numbers of restaurants available close by (but not really walking distance)

We needed a nice place to stay after attending a nearby wedding. I had stayed at Country Inns in both Chicago and Harrisburg and had good experiences. This one did not let us down. The room was clean and quiet, We had a full supply of towels and other things travelers expect. I will probably be staying here again in the very near future.

An Awesome Hotel With Awesome Staff!

What an absolutely great place to stay! I highly recommend it to everyone.
All the staff are so incredibly nice. Bill and Amber were the two people that worked at the front desk during my stay. Such nice people! They truly care about their guests and make sure your stay at their hotel is one of the best.
And, I cannot say enough great things about Joan, the General Manager. She is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! Talk about dedication to her job and her guests. And, you can tell she loves every bit of it.
This lady put in long hours during the recent NASCAR weekend, working the front desk alongside her employees. I’m not sure she ever went home (though she confirmed she did and got a couple hours of sleep)!
When there was a glitch with my accommodations (which was no fault of the hotel), Joan went out of her way to make sure I got my room. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH Joan!
The hotel itself is very nice. The rooms are comfy and extremely clean. I mean, they are spotless! Even the grout in the shower was tidy white!
The location is very convenient to the Ontario airport, numerous restaurants, and shopping.
I definitely plan to stay here again.

I had one issue, the original room they had given me had not been cleaned yet, so they gave me a different one.
Other than that, can't complain, friendly staff, comfortable room and bed, and a good price. I will definitely stay there again.

Worst experienced I've ever had. The room was not clean. The towels were the thickness of dish towels. I paid the reservation service for room and was charged an additional 118 dollars by the hotel. because I had forgotten about pre-paying for the room.
In the future I will deal directly with the hotel/motel.

A recent winter storm left me stranded in the Inland Empire (I live in the local mountains) and found it necessary to obtain accommodations overnight.
This was the least-expensive hotel I could find last-minute and was an excellent value. The hotel does show its age; however, for the price and location it was a great value overall. The staff was pleasant and accommodated my late arrival and check out the next morning was a breeze.
The room came with a kitchenette which, for the price, was very nice. Also, the room was quite large, too.
It is not the Ritz Carlton by any stretch, but it was clean, functional, and very reasonably priced for the location.
If I have one criticism it would be that the parking is not very convenient to the lobby, requiring a longer walk than anticipated with what little luggage I had.

It was a well placed location for the job I needed to go to for the time frame. Only thing would be a refrigerator in the room would be real nice.

A pleasant stay.....

Yes....a pleasant stay. Room was clean. Odd configuration of the sink/vanity right as the front door opens presented a maneuvering issue before one could be let in or out to the hall.
No tissue dispenser in the bathroom and although right near the airport, that was not the noise problem. It was the train that was a little noisy.
Our room was big and comfortable despite these little things, we felt it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel turned out to be only a few blocks from the Convention Center where the event I was attending was located. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. There was a coffee pot and coffee and a microwave in the room. Convenient ATM in the lobby. I came late and left early and the staff was cheerful and helpful just the same. I would stay there again. I am 75. Feeling safe and respected is very important to me. I had both at this hotel.

Hotel room was clean, but smelt like mildew! Wasnt there long checked out 3 Hours later! Comforters on bed are way out dated! Bed also sits on block of wood! There is also a black button you press to lock the door. Didnt feel very secure!
