La Quinta Inn & Suites Flagstaff

Only negative front desk was a little slow at checking in and this was because their was only 1 person at the desk. Room was very clean, comfy - really now complaints! Planning on staying there again.

We had a terrible experience, which was disappointing given the rave reviews we read prior to making our reservation. We arrived at about 5 pm and couldnt get into a room until after 6. Note that the beds are doubles not queens so forget sleeping with anyone. After a miserable night sleeping with a wiggly 5 year old we tried to get a roll away bed. That day I tried calling the front desk 4 times and no one would answer. When we arrived we were told there were no beds, not even any blankets available. Went up to our room and our keys didn't work. Went back and had them re-keyed only to go up and find they didn't work again! After complaining to the front desk (there was no manager on duty, which I find odd) they just told us they were very busy. Yes they were very busy but I would hope this off duty manager could have anticipated this and had more staff on hand, P.S. the pillows were rock hard and the fan rattled all night adding to the misery. We won't be staying here again.

Good quality for the price, it was just what we were looking for. Pet friendly without the fee, clean, comfortable and breakfast included. Kids enjoyed it and so did we.

The hotel was very nice but there was not enough room to park and the desk clerk told us we had to park on the street in a no parking zone.

Better than most La Quinta. Location was a plus. staff was help full.

I have stayed at many hotels in the area while my daughter is attending NAU. It compares favorably to most of them. Pool area and dining area are roomy and clean. Pool area had plenty of clean towels. Breakfast food was same as most places--cereal, waffles, weak coffee, and yogurt. Rooms were big and clean--bathroom was very spacious with good lighting and big mirrors. Beds were comfortable. Staff was professional and helpful. I will stay there again next visit.

This hotel was perfect for a weekend stay while getting my student settled in at NAU. The room was perfectly clean, the beds very fresh and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was nice for a quick start in the mornings. Staff were all friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here when I come back up the hill for my next visit as it is very convenient to campus.

To take some rest, nice but small pool, good location - around many restaurants. A bit old interior - doors are not really closing.

As you walk toward the entrance the double doors open automatically for your arrival which gives it a majestic feeling. The hotel is very clean. The bedding was made from cotton and very comfortable. There was no train noise in the rooms overlooking the courtyard. My only complaint was the thinness of the walls on either side and the thin door between the connecting rooms. On saturday night i could hear noise but i could hear the exact words of the conversation through the connecting door.

Great value! Convenient location, superb staff, well-designed floor plan. Guest laundry very helpful.
