- Pipers Lounge is open daily, featuring eight televisions dedicated to sports channels and events, including one big screen and one wall television for your viewing pleasure. Relax this summer under the midnight sun on our open air patio while enjoying sweeping views of nearby mountains and float plane activity on Lake Hood. A full service menu is available in the lounge or on the patio from 11AM to 10PM with cocktail service until 2AM.

Excellent Management
I am in Anchorage for business several times per year. The most recent time I traveled to the area I stayed at the Coast International Inn. I chose this inn because of the location, price, and full service availability. I did mention some items that could use improving and the management resolved the issues quickly and professionally. I am very pleased with the Inn and management and will definitely stay again.

everything was perfect!
The banquet room that they had set up for us was just perfect. several people commented that the service and food was better than any of the catered events they had been to in the past. The service was exquisite and we were all very pleased with the decorations. Thanks again for the great venue!

From the very beginning we were extremely impressed. From the conference rooms to the food and accountability, the experience was far above par. its an example of how any business should operate. It doesnt get any better than this.

Warm room on a cold night
I chose the Coast International because I was arriving in Anchorage late and leaving early in the morning, and I wanted something close to the airport with a free shuttle. I stayed there twice, 3 days apart, for my Anchorage layovers. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room quiet. During my first stay, my only complaint was the shower - I turned it on, cold water. So, I turned it up, stepped in, and was nearly scalded. Turned it down, and a minute later, it's freezing. However, for the second stay (in a different room), the shower was fine. Perhaps some rooms do not have pressure balancing fixtures - you may want to request an updated room. Also, there is no free breakfast included, but since the room was otherwise a good value, I wasn't too upset about that. Overall, a comfortable place to stay.

Good value but don't expect much
People at front desk were friendly. The whole hotel is very dated, so don't expect much. Room was large. Free Internet. Close to airport. Short drive to food and restaurants.

Good for short stay
An old hotel that could stand a lot of upgrades. Still a good value for the money and a staff that is friendly and accommodating. I would surely stay there again, and recommend it to friends. It is close to the airport so there is not much within walking distance but it is only a ten minute cab ride into town.
