Bring earplugs
Good, clean room in a great location. Friendly staff, substantial breakfast. I can happily recommend this hotel, BUT I suggest that you stay away until construction across the street is complete, if noise outside your window at 5 AM might disturb you (all rooms face this huge construction site).

Als erstes ein Dankeschön für die Gratis-Softgetränke im Kühlschrank. Absolut Top!! Zimmer und Ausstattung angenehm. TV_Programm... toll!!! Frühstück... lasst euch überraschen... lecker!! Personal wirklich nett und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder. Wir empfehlen diesen Hotel gerne weiter :-)))

Alles das zu erwähnen was in kurzer Zeit zu Fuss zu erreichen ist, überspannt den "Bogen" :-) Einfach Plan im Hotel fassen und los.... Essen, Shopping, Kultur... Genuss pur

The good and bad
Hard to find, even the cars GPS had us going in circles. The hotels is listed as having parking available but in fact the parking is very limited, so much so you probably wont get a spot. There is a city garage directly next to the hotel for a similar price 20Euro for overnite parking, closed on Sundays and holidays! We were upgraded to a suite on the top floor, it was more of a small apartment than a suite. Overall, the location made up for the hassle of the parking.

Nickled and Dimed
The hotel is in a great location to see the city highlights (market center, museums, dining), and the facilities are well maintained (usually small rooms). But we thought the service at every level was bordering on rude. Given the price we paid for our room, we felt nickled and dimed at every turn. I am sure there are equally attractive hotels in Munich with a warm, welcoming German staff.

In Hotel
Very hard to find hotel with construction on streets. We parked and walked around for 10 min until we realised it was across the street from where we parked! Entrance on side street but sign above the Azure steak place.

Great location, excellent service
Very professional and friendly service. Everybody spoke English. Breakfast, although expensive for non-Europeans, is all-you-can-eat continental with excellent quality food (I especially liked freshly squeezed orange juice, bread, selection of jams and honey, smoked fish). Location for the price is excellent: 2-3 min walk from Marienplatz and 1-2 min walk from several great restaurants.

This hotel gave a terrific experience - the staff at the front desk was just superb and exceptionally helpful... the location was perfect and the amenities were top drawer... the breakfast was the absolute best...
