Very nice hotel, located about
Very nice hotel, located about 10 minutes walk from the city's main shopping precinct. Excellent room with comfortable bed. Room was however a bit stuffy, with the warm weather, and air con noisy.

Nice and affordable
Nice and affordable. Location is probably the furthest you'd want to go from the Koln sites. Service was great and we even got a recommendation for a local Italian restaurant which was great!

Nice and Modern. Would stay again :)
Nice stay for the price. Queen/Double bed for the 2 adults, and a sofa-sleeper for the 12 yr old. Breakfast NOT incl, but can be purchased for an expensive price of approx 20 Euro. Parking is NOT included either, and was 10 Euro a day. Even though these 2 options was a detractor, I would stay again for the low booking price I paid.

Short walk from hotel
No super close by dining except the hotel (expensive). However, we managed to walk about 10 - 15 minutes to a nice area where there was plenty of dining options available, and nice prices too.

A unos 15 minutos andando del
A unos 15 minutos andando del Dom andando, un paseo agradable por el Rin si hace buen tiempo, hotel nuevo, parking cuesta 10 euros por día, pero no parece mala zona, podría quedarse en la calle sin problemas el coche. la habitacion grande y comoda. buena eleccion para pasar unos días en Köln.

Good Business Hotel
The Novotel Koln is a little distance from the city center - but not inconvenient - and is just across a busy highway from the Rhine-side promenade. A nice opportunity for an end-of-the-business-day stroll. The design is contemporay - the facility is German-clean and the staff most affable. The smart standards of the service and appointments are all up to those anticipated from this huge hotel organization.

Short walk from hotel
Public Transport is the best way to scoot around the City - even to business events. The Novotel isjust two stops on the tramcar from the huge Messe comlex which took me to Koln. The closest tram stop is a 10 minute walk away.

Nice room, beautiful hotel, bit far from the old city, though. They said it was a 10 minute walk but it was more like 30. I need the exersize so it was fine.
