Location is a bit far away from everything. You have to call in advance in order to ride the bus to the airport. The bus schedule is not very precise, so give yourself more than enough time in case you have to wait extra 10 or 15 minutes.

Very Decent Place to Stay
Nice clean room. Great staff. Excellent breakfast included in price. I'd definitely stay there again. Also free shuttle from the Hamburg airport!

toomany nights away from home
OK for a weaqrry traveller
A very comfortable room for a weary traveller. Spacious compared to most German hotels, neat clean and in good shape. Restaraunt was a little pricey, the schnizle was great, the rump steak was small and very expensive. Drinks and breakfast (great) were both overpriced but there is little competition locally. Not a great place to stay if you want to sightsee but if you need a bed near the airport it is more than OK.

Good value for an airport hotel
I stayed at this hotel overnight between two flights. Didn't have a chance to use any of the amenities except for the hotel bar where thankfully food is served until late in the evening. Convenient shuttle service from HAM airport (approx. 5 min away). The hotel was everything it had to be for this occasion, the shuttle service was reliable and the vans were very clean. My room was functional, clean and no-nonsense.

Malheureusement il manque une
Malheureusement il manque une piscine ou un sauna. Le parking est très pratique mais un peu cher, surtout si pour la même nuité il faut repayé à chaque fois que l'on sort au lieu de profiter du forfait nuit. Accès au centre ville par ''RER'' très pratique, rapide et pas cher.

poor location
Very expensive and not close to the airport. Their is a hotel right on the airport property. Would have rather stayed there. food quality was poor too. Expensive breakfast and the cooked food was cold.

mercure hotel hamburg
It was a fine airport hotel. I was in transit and tired. The staff was extremely nice and helpful--exceptionally so. Breakfast was very expensive and not included. The fitness center was fine. My room was quiet and clean. The shuttle picked me up quickly when I arrived--a big plus. The hotel was easy to find at the airport.
