An aura of Italy in Berlin. Our baroque styled hotel and apartment house combines original Italian flair and highest conveniences with familiar atmosphere and Mediterranean charm. You live far away from noise and stress. The historical villa was built in 1885 and renovated with heart. Most of the numerous antiques come from Italy. Today they represent a considerable collection. Our Tuscan garden will inspire you with enthusiasm. The hotel has parking available at a charge of EUR10 per day. Additional information; Children age 12 and under will pay the Extra Child Charge of 10 EUR per night.

- The rooms have a size between 13 and 18sqm and are fitted with a single bed 100x200. Located in the annex building with period furniture, all rooms have shower, toilet and TV. There is no elevator.

- The rooms have a size between 20 and 30sqm and are fitted with a king bed 200x200. Located in the annex building with period furniture, all rooms have shower, toilet and TV. There is no elevator. Two of the rooms have space for a rollaway on request.

- The rooms have a size between 20 and 30sqm and are fitted ith a king bed 200x200. They are located in the annex building with period furniture and have shower, toilet and TV. There is no elevator. Two rollaways allowed.
- First Category Single Room
- The rooms have a size between 13 and 18sqm and are fitted with a single bed 100x200. They are located in the main house with modern or baroque furniture, shower and toilet, TV, telephone, radio, safe, mini and snack bar, partly completed with a little kit

- The rooms have a size between 20 and 30sqm and are fitted with a king bed 200x200. They are located in the main house with modern of baroque furniture, shower and toilet, TV, telephone, radio, safe, mini and snack bar, partly completed with a little kitch
