Hotelli sijaitsee hyvien metroyhteyksien päässä kaikesta. Jos haluaa lenkkeillä tai kävellä, hotellilta pääsee suoraan kanavanrantoja pitkin kävelyteitä pitkin. Hotellin viereiset kadut ovat rauhallisia liikenteeltään, eikä hotelliin kuulu melua ulkopuolelta. Aamiainen on runsas ja henkilökunta palvelualtista ja englanninkielen taitoista. Tegelin lentoasemalta TXL-bussilla Alexanderplazille ja sieltä U2-metrolla kaksi pysäkkiä Märkisches Museumille ja ulostultua hotelli on 20 metrin päässä. Todella mahtavaa.

A nice, quiet hotel which is very conveniently located right next to a U-bahn station. The bar down stairs is pleasant and reasonably priced and the hotel is happy to upgrade you to a better room if it's available. We'd definitely go back there.

Excellent hotel! Highly recommended!
The hotel was a great location. Right next to the subway and all the attractions. Very very clean. Everything was up to date and the staff were very helpful. Got upgraded to a suite! All for $99!!! If I ever go back to Berlin, I would definitely stay here.

Best bang for your back and it's nice!
The location is great. It is close (10 minute walk) to Alexander Platz and Fernsehturm (the big TV tower). To get there, take the underground to Märkisches Museum---it's right there. The hotel is really nice, especially for the price.[...]. The rooms have everything you could need. Wifi is a bit costly but paying by the hour is manageable and it seems that wifi is expensive all over Germany. The staff was very helpful. They were there any time we needed them and answered all of our questions. They also offer discounts on some attractions.

Get the 3-day underground card. It's cheap and you can travel as much as you want. ... Also, take the walking tours! They are outstanding and despite their duration (3-4 hrs) do not involve as much walking as you would expect---you stop and talk.

Great Berlin hotel at great price!
Beautiful hotel and room. Great location. Walkable to most sites. And the U station is literally right outside the hotel's doors. The neighborhood itself was nice, if a little dead (barely saw anyone around). The breakfast was expansive and delicious, the best I had in Europe. Very satisfied with this hotel, would definitely recommend it!

Review of Derag Hotel
Great location and well-maintained hotel. However, they are stingy with the climate control. Believe it or not, they turn off the air at night--it was 83 degrees in my room. That said, they were helpful in fixing the problem the next day--they moved me to a room with an external window, which allowed for ambient air. However, it would have been nice to have been informed that the air would be shut off. Very uncomfortable. If you stay here, ask for a room with an external window.
